【業務内容】

Aggressively target new markets and contacts (up to and including C level executives) to increase company client base
-
Display skill at independent lead generation, cold calling, negotiation and closing
-
Creatively problem-solve to improve current new business development strategy
-
Act as primary contact for all clients within a prescribed territory
-
Strategize the most efficient process for generating business within the territory
-
Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and/or VP of Sales to continuously grow Sales revenue
-
Be responsible for all revenue generated within the assigned territory
-
Be knowledgeable about prospective clients specifically as well as general industry knowledge
-
Create and update accurate spreadsheets of prospective and current client information
-
Generate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated and accurate spreadsheets
-
Cold call prospective clients
-
Attend trade shows, conferences, events, and functions relating to the industry in order to develop contacts and leads
-
Utilize social skills and standing to best represent TransPerfect in order to make a positive impressions on prospective clients
-
Constantly represent TransPerfect to all existing contacts to best create a positive brand and generate interest through word-of-mouth marketing strategies
-
Liaise with Production to improve workflow and ensure that all jobs are handled appropriately and with keen attention to detail, resulting in a perfect product

Provide feedback regarding Project Managers and Quality Managers within Production

Be responsible for all account management within individual territory
-
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with existing and prospective clients
-
Improve professional relationships to focus on larger volume projects and contractual agreements with clients

Enter new jobs into the “Jobs Database”
-
Create and deliver accurate and complete Job Toolkits, using TransPerfect’s existing template
-
Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
-
Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process including TransPerfect’s rates, justification for turnaround time and competitors’ information
-
Bill completed jobs in a timely fashion
-
Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service
-
Investigate with Production any claims of poor quality or questions from clients after a translation has been completed
-
Negotiate appropriate measures with clients in the face of quality and timeliness issues
-
Forward all customer feedback to Production and management
-
Utilize management skills to improve various process within and between Sales and Production
-
Aggressively pursue due and overdue unpaid revenue from clients via phone calls, letters and other creative methods to make certain that clients pay in a timely manner
-
Be an expert in the translation industry including leaders, competitive data, proposal formats, competitive rates and marketing strategies and well as local competitors
-
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
