【Role and responsibilities】
1. Act as a hands-on Data Architect and Technical IT Program Manager (ITPM), owning end-to-end delivery across infrastructure and data layers.
2. Lead design and execution of AWS-first data platform migrations, with strong focus on Databricks on AWS.
3. Translate deep technical topics into clear, executable delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
4. Drive and manage infrastructure and data engineering teams, ensuring alignment across cloud, platform, and analytics workstreams.
5. Lead complex migration programs including:
Coexistence and two-entity data lake merge scenarios
Parallel run, data parity validation, cutover planning, and rollback strategy
6. Take accountability for program delivery including:
Plan ownership, RAID management, dependency tracking, and cutover execution
Stakeholder communication and status reporting
Budget and delivery governance
7. Convert technical discussions into actionable backlogs for:
Infrastructure teams
Data engineering teams
Cloud brokerage / platform enablement teams
8. Ensure strong governance, security, and access management across data platforms and downstream analytics tools.
【Must】
1. Strong hands-on experience with Databricks on AWS, including:
Unity Catalog (S3-backed), governance, and fine-grained access control
Instance profiles, cluster policies, multi-workspace (E2) architectures
SCIM-based identity integration (e.g., Azure AD, Okta)
2. Proven AWS infrastructure migration experience, including concrete leadership examples in:
VPC and Transit Gateway (TGW) design
PrivateLink, cross-account IAM, and SSO
Landing zone and multi-account patterns
3. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on AWS:
Terraform modules for AWS and Databricks-on-AWS provisioning
Unity Catalog, S3, IAM hardening
CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and data platform deployment
4. Demonstrated Technical ITPM track record, accountable for:
End-to-end delivery plans
RAID, dependency and cutover management
Stakeholder communication and delivery governance
5. Experience managing access management and entitlement models, including:
Mapping Databricks Unity Catalog access to downstream analytics tooling
Group-based provisioning, SCIM patterns, and auditability
6. Strong leadership skills with experience leading engineering and platform teams.
【Nice to have】
1. Experience with analytics tool integration, including access mirroring between Databricks and tools such as QuickSuite or equivalent BI platforms.
2. Prior experience delivering large-scale cloud and data transformations in regulated or enterprise environments.
3. Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and compliance requirements.
4. Experience working with multi-entity or post-merger data platform consolidation initiatives.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, translating complex technical programs into clear business impact.
6. Exposure to financial services, insurance, or other data-intensive industries.

裁量労働手当:有(60,000-80,000円/月支給) *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合は無し
