仕事内容:
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the landing and iterative optimization of AI application in the daily business of Tokyo fertility clinic, focusing on marketing promotion and patient customer service scenarios.
2. Use AI tools to complete market user data analysis, potential patient portrait analysis, demand mining of assisted reproductive customers, and formulate targeted clinic marketing and publicity strategies.
3. Apply AI intelligent systems to optimize the whole process of patient consultation, pre-consultation inquiry, business answering, appointment arrangement and follow-up service, improve service efficiency and patient experience.
4. Utilize AI technology to analyze market conversion data, track publicity channel effects, optimize traffic operation, and increase new patient admission volume of the reproductive clinic.
5. Build standardized AI customer service SOP for assisted reproductive medical scenarios, reduce repetitive manual work, and unify clinic service standards.
6. Keep track of AI intelligent application trends in the global medical and reproductive industry, explore new AI application modes suitable for Japanese local fertility clinics, and empower business growth.
7. Manage AI application projects and daily operation of related posts, output regular data reports and optimization plans.
求める人材:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Marketing, Business Administration or related majors.
2. Proficient in various mainstream AI tools, able to independently apply AI technology to market operation, content creation, data analysis and customer service optimization.
3. Have practical experience in AI empowering medical industry marketing and customer service; experience in assisted reproductive, medical beauty or private medical industry is highly preferred.
4. Understand the basic business logic of assisted reproductive clinics, sensitive to user needs and market trends of fertility medical services.
5. Good data analysis ability, able to summarize problems through AI data and put forward targeted business optimization plans.
6. Good logical thinking and team coordination ability, adaptable to Japanese medical service standards and team management mode.
7. Able to communicate in English or Japanese (Japanese language proficiency is a plus).
