Key Objectives of this role:
- Support end-to-end delivery of assigned programs/projects in line with defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, operations, and stakeholders.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
- Prepare and maintain program documentation, schedules, and status reports.
- Support program governance activities including reviews, meetings, and action tracking.
- Assist in risk and issue identification, escalation, and resolution.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support change management activities related to scope, timelines, or resource.
- Communicate program status clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the program delivery framework.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and professional growth
- Proficiency in the Japanese language is mandatory (verbal and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; however, candidates with Finance or Business backgrounds can also apply
- Ideally 2–4 years of professional experience in a well-established organization that offers robust foundational training
- Prior experience in commercial, sales, or engineering-oriented roles
- Exposure to Tier 1, Technology, or Software-driven industries is highly desirable
