本ポジションは、グローバルに事業を展開するバイオテクノロジー企業において、連結決算および開示業務を中心に担当いただく経理職です。日本・米国・中国の各事業体と連携しながら、財務報告・分析・開示関連業務を通じて経営判断をサポートしていただきます。

Key Responsibilities
・Handle quarterly and annual consolidated closing
・Prepare monthly and quarterly internal reports
・Support budget versus actual analysis for subsidiaries
・Prepare earnings summaries, quarterly reports, and annual securities reports
・Support disclosure work and related documentation
Requirements
・2+ years of accounting experience
・Bookkeeping Level 2 or above
・Intermediate English skills for reading, writing, and email communication
・Ability to work collaboratively in a team
・Valid authorization to work in Japan
Nice to Have
・Knowledge or experience in IFRS
・Experience in consolidated closing or disclosure
・Knowledge of management accounting
・Chinese language skills
・Experience using DIVA or Pronexus

・四半期および年次の連結決算業務
・月次・四半期の社内レポート作成
・子会社の予算実績差異分析のサポート
・決算サマリー、四半期報告書、有価証券報告書の作成
・開示業務および関連資料作成のサポート

・経理経験2年以上
・日商簿記2級以上
・英語力（読み書き・メール対応が可能な中級レベル）
・チームで協力して業務を進められる方
・日本での就労許可をお持ちの方
