Synspectiveの姿勢軌道制御システム（AOCS）チームに加わっていただける、才能と意欲に溢れた新しい同僚を募集しています。当チームは、衛星を制御するセンサー、アクチュエータ、ソフトウェアの設計、開発、試験、保守に加え、設計検証に使用するシミュレーション環境の構築を担当しています。

AOCSチームは、衛星システム開発を担当する衛星システム開発第一部に所属しています。

担当業務

衛星推進システムの分析、設計、テスト、制御、保守

具体的には

ミッション分析を実施し、スラスタのサイズを決定し、適切なサプライヤーの選定
軌道制御運用概念（CONOPS）の設計
他の設計チーム（組み込みソフトウェア、構造、熱、電気、運用など）と協力して、スラスタを衛星設計への組み込む
衛星の組立統合試験（AIT）プロセスにおけるスラスタの試験と検証のサポート
スラスタを制御するためのフライトソフトウェアアプリケーションの設計（公称動作、チェックアウト／キャリブレーション、故障解析・分離・復旧（FDIR）など）
組み込みソフトウェアエンジニアと緊密に連携し、スラスタ制御アプリケーションを他のフライトソフトウェアへの統合。
シミュレーション環境（モデル・イン・ザ・ループ・シミュレーション（MILS）、ハードウェア・イン・ザ・ループ・シミュレーション（HILS））で使用するスラスタのシミュレーションモデルの作成
チェックアウト手順の設計
推進システムの試運転支援
軌道上の異常の診断と対処

機械工学、航空宇宙工学、制御工学、または電気工学の学士号。同等の関連学歴および／または経験をお持ちの方は考慮いたします。
宇宙船の電気推進システムに関する実務経験が3年以上。
電気推進システムの設計、開発、試験、制御に関する深い知識。
優れた分析力とコミュニケーション能力。
衛星製造における高圧ガスシステムの取り扱い経験。

希望要件

MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow を使用した制御アルゴリズムの設計、実装、テストの経験。
MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape を使用した物理コンポーネントのモデリング経験。
モデル同定の経験。
軌道力学の経験。

About Dept. and Unit

We are looking for a talented and motivated new colleague to join Synspective's Attitude and Orbit Control System (AOCS) Team. Our team is responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of the sensors, actuators and software controlling our satellites, as well as the simulation environment used to validate the design.

The AOCS team is part of the Satellite System Development Dept. No1, which is responsible for the development of the satellite system.

Responsibility

Satellite propulsion system analysis, design, testing, control and maintenance.

Details of work

Conduct mission analysis to size the thrusters and select appropriate suppliers.
Design the orbit control Concept of Operation (CONOPS)
Work with other design teams (embedded software, structure, thermal, electrical, operations, etc.) to include the thrusters in the satellite design.
Assist the testing and validation of the thrusters during the satellite’s Assembly Integration and Testing (AIT) process.
Design the flight software application to control the thrusters: nominal operation, checkout/calibration, Fault Analysis Isolation and Recovery (FDIR). etc.
Work closely with the embedded software engineers to integrate the thruster control application into the rest of the flight software.
Create and maintain simulation models of the thrusters to use in the simulation environment (Model In the Loop Simulation (MILS), Hardware In the Loop Simulation (HILS)).
Design the checkout procedure
Support the commissioning of the propulsion system
Diagnose and address in-orbit anomalies

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Control Engineering or Electrical Engineering. We will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Spacecraft’s electric propulsion systems.
Strong knowledge of electric propulsion system design, development, testing and control.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in handling high-pressure gas systems in the context of satellite manufacturing.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with the design, implementation and testing of control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow.
Experience in modeling physical components using MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape
Experience in model identification.
Experience in orbital mechanics
