【求人について】
日本の大手医療機器メーカーで、長期かつ拡張性の高い業務に携わる機会があります。
新規事業のため、選考された方は中核メンバーとして、会社の成長に大きく貢献していただきます。
電気CADを用いた電気設計の実務経験が5年以上あることが理想的です。
積極的でエネルギッシュ、そして前向きな姿勢を持ち、協調性と革新性に意欲的な方を求めています。
さらに、日本語の読み書き能力と英語のバイリンガルであることも必須です。
【必須要件】
- 上記業務における5年以上の実務経験
- 電子部品の知識が一通りある
- 電子回路設計経験5年以上
- PCBに関わる技術部門での経験5年以上（苦情調査、EOL、検証など）
- 計測器（オシロ、スペアナなど）の使用経験5年以上
【歓迎要件】
- 医療機器に関する経験
- 医療機器の関連法令の一般的な知識（薬機法、IEC、ISOなど）
- 医療機器の安全性に関する知識
- PCB設計
- EMC、EMIなどの製品の各種評価
【語学力】
- 英語：ビジネスレベル（会話、読解、文書作成など）
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル、または日本語能力試験N2相当以上
（良好なコミュニケーション能力、読解力、文章力、プレゼンテーション能力必須)

【About the recruitment】
An opportunity is available with a leading Japanese medical device company for a long-term and
scalable engagement. As this is a new business, the selected candidate will become a core member, contributing significantly to the company's growth.
The ideal candidate should have over five years of hands-on experience with electrical design using 3D-CAD. We seek individuals who are proactive, energetic, and possess a positive mindset, eager to collaborate and innovate.
Additionally, the candidate must have strong reading and writing skills in Japanese and be bilingual in English.
【Must Have】
- Hands-on experience of five years or more in the above-mentioned service
- Basic knowledge of electronic components
- Over 5 years of experience in electronic circuit design
- Over 5 years of experience in PCB-related technical departments (complaint investigation, EOL, verification, etc.)
- At least 5 years of experience using measuring instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
【Good to Have】
- Person experienced in the industry of medical equipment
- General knowledge of the law and regulations related to medical devices (PMD Act, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, etc.)
- Knowledge regarding medical equipment safety
- PCB design
- Various evaluations of products, such as EMC and EMI
【Language Skill】
- English - Business-level proficiency (conversation, reading, writing, etc.)
- Japanese - Native level, or JLPT N2 or above
(Good communication, reading, writing and presentation skills required)
