This is a Barista position within the food and beverage industry. You will support the daily operation of the café, work closely with other team members, and ensure that every customer receives high-quality beverages and excellent service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to the company’s recipes, presentation guidelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure that food and beverage quality, customer service, and product presentation consistently meet company standards.
- Monitor the daily usage and stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other beverage ingredients, and promptly report items that are running low.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, safe, and well-organised workstation in compliance with food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to create a positive experience for every customer.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to support smooth and efficient daily café operations.

勤務時間・曜日:
Working hours are based on a shift system, with a flexible working hours arrangement in place. The specific working conditions are as follows:
- Business hours: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Break time: 1 hour
- Example schedule: 5–6 working days per week
- Overtime: May be required depending on operational needs
