【職務内容】
経営戦略や事業課題、システムアーキテクチャ、業務の流れなどの状況をお客様にヒアリングし、情報戦略の立案、システム導入計画の策定などのプロジェクトを支援します。ビジネス部門と連携しながら業務プロセスの可視化や最適化を行い、要件定義・システム開発の上流工程に深く関与します。
・経営・業務課題の分析、要求整理、および業務要件・システム要件定義の実施
・アーキテクチャ（アプリケーション、DB、ネットワーク、クラウド、セキュリティ）の設計および技術戦略立案
・システム基本設計・詳細設計のリード、および技術選定・アーキテクチャレビューの実施
・システム間連携方式や非機能要件を考慮したソリューション設計
・顧客・開発チーム・ベンダーとの調整およびステークホルダーマネジメント
・技術的意思決定の支援およびプロジェクト推進
【Position Summary】
This System Analyst position supports clients end-to-end, from developing information strategies based on their business and strategic challenges to defining business and system requirements and designing solutions. Acting as a bridge between business functions and development teams, you will lead business process optimization, architecture design, and technology-related decision-making. By leveraging TCS’s global expertise and broad technology capabilities, you will contribute to clients’ business growth and technology transformation across a wide range of industries and solutions.

Our department supports clients who have not yet clearly defined their digital transformation challenges or solutions. We help them with problem definition, solutioning, program management, and change management to ensure successful execution.
Leveraging TCS’s best practices cultivated through global engagements, we tailor optimal solutions to the unique circumstances and business challenges of Japanese companies, driving technology-led organizational transformation.

【Responsibilities】
You will engage with clients to understand their management strategies, business challenges, system architecture, and business processes, supporting projects such as information strategy planning and system implementation planning. Working closely with business units, you will visualize and optimize business processes and play a central role in the upstream phases of requirements definition and system development.
・Analyze business and operational challenges, elicit and prioritize requirements, and translate business needs into business and system requirements.
・Develop technology strategies and design solution architectures across applications, databases, networks, cloud platforms, and security domains.
・Lead high-level and detailed system design activities, including technology evaluation, selection, and architecture reviews.
・Design end-to-end solutions, including system integration approaches and non-functional requirements such as scalability, availability, performance, and security.
・Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate coordination among clients, development teams, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
・Support technical decision-making and drive project execution to ensure successful delivery of business and technology objectives.

For hirings until grade C3A (equivalent to Manager), one will be assigned to various types of project under Shared Pool System in purpose to provide opportunity to develop general consultation skills. Please be mindful that assigning project(s) will not always be focused or matched to requested area and/or technology.

・英語：ビジネス上級（会議、プレゼン、顧客・社内関係者との折衝を自立して行える）

【Required Skills】
- Experience in system development and strong design capabilities (basic design / detailed design)
- Experience in client communication, requirements definition, and proposal creation
- Practical experience at an SIer, consulting firm, or IT vendor
- Japanese:Fluent (Able to communicate complex business topics accurately and smoothly in both spoken and written form)
- English:Advanced Business Level (Able to independently handle meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients and internal stakeholders)
