Enterprise Architect(EA)は、Adobeの日本国内エンタープライズ顧客に対し、Digital Experience領域における高品質なソリューションデリバリーを牽引する、戦略的テクノロジーガイドです。
お客様のビジネスゴールとAdobeソリューションを、スケーラブルで統合的なアーキテクチャによって整合させます。プロジェクト単位のCustom Serviceと、サブスクリプション型のIntegrated Servicesの双方にまたがる、数少ない横断的な戦略ロールです。
EAは以下の3つのフェーズでお客様に伴走します。
Plan and align :アーキテクチャDiscoveryの実施、将来アーキテクチャの定義、ITストラテジーとの整合
Design and guide :統合・データフローの提言、クロスソリューションのアーキテクチャガイダンス、技術設計のレビューと検証
Enable and Optimize :価値の検証、ROIの実証、成功事例の発掘
主な業務内容
Adobe Experience Cloudを横断する、サードパーティ連携を含むエンドツーエンドのアーキテクチャ設計
複雑なビジネス要件を技術ソリューションへ変換し、デリバリーチームの活動をお客様のビジネス目標に整合させる
プロジェクトスコープ・見積り・リソース配分・進行計画の立案
ビジネス部門、IT部門、パートナー、経営層など関係者を巻き込んだロードマップ策定
グローバルデリバリーチーム、パートナーエコシステムと連携したプロジェクト推進と、技術成果物の品質レビュー
Agentic AIを含むAEM / Adobe Experience Cloudの先進機能を調査し、新しいサービスモデルの開発に貢献

Job Description
The Enterprise Architect (EA) operates as the principal strategic technology guide and technical force behind delivering high-quality Digital Experience solutions to Adobe's enterprise customers in Japan.
The EA ensures customer business goals match Adobe solutions through scalable, integrated architectures that generate sustained value. This cross-functional strategic position operates within both Custom Service, which is project-focused consulting, and Integrated Services, Adobe's subscription advisory service. Few roles span these two engagement approaches.
The EA partners with customers across three phases:
Plan and align : Conduct architecture discovery sessions, define future-state solution architecture, and align Adobe solutions with IT strategy
Design and guide : Recommend integration and data flows, provide cross-solution architecture guidance, review and validate technical designs, and advise on governance and scalability
Enable and Optimize : Verify and validate value, measure path to value and return on investment, and find opportunities to showcase success
Key Responsibilities
Develop complete architectures throughout the Adobe Experience Cloud portfolio, incorporating connections with third-party solutions
Translate intricate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring all delivery team actions correspond with documented customer business goals
Develop project scope definitions, delivery estimates, resource allocation plans, and project timelines
Develop roadmaps in collaboration with business collaborators, IT teams, partners, and executive leadership
Propel project advancement in partnership with global delivery teams and the partner network, and review technical deliverables to ensure quality
Investigate advanced features of AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud, including Agentic AI, to aid the development of new service models
Opportunities Offered

Required Skills and Experience
Experience in a consultative role—Architect or Principal Consultant—leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing or digital experience ecosystems
Proven capability to transform intricate business needs into technical solutions and coordinate delivery team efforts accordingly
Experience developing project scope definitions, delivery estimates, and resource allocation plans
Hands-on knowledge of enterprise platforms, with an emphasis on REST APIs, cloud storage, structured/unstructured data, and security
Skilled in written and verbal communication, capable of adapting for technical, marketing, or executive audiences
Business-level Japanese (required). Working proficiency in reading and writing English is sufficient

Direct involvement in architecting and/or rolling out two or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories:
Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, or Marketo Engage
Adobe Real-Time CDP or Audience Manager
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including App Builder
Adobe Commerce/Magento or another e-commerce solution integrated with AEM
Adobe Target or Recommendations
Adobe Experience Platform (Schema, Query Services, etc.)
Adobe Workfront
One or more current Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certifications (AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, or Workfront)
Working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing journey, including Ad Tech (CDP/DMP, DSP), marketing automation, omni-channel personalization, and CRM
Experience employing Generative and/or Agentic AI solutions to optimize daily workflows, or hands-on experience building AI agents
English proficiency adequate to negotiate and work directly with international teams
Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams
Direct experience in building and/or implementing native, Flutter, or React Native mobile applications
