【職務内容】
・航空業界向け業務改革・IT変革プロジェクトの企画および推進
・航空旅客システム（PSS）導入・刷新プロジェクトにおける要件定義および導入支援
・顧客課題の分析、ソリューション提案、および業務・システム要件定義の実施
・PM／PMOとしての進捗・課題・リスク・品質管理
・グローバルチームやベンダーと連携したプロジェクトデリバリー推進
・航空業界向けプラットフォームおよび業務知見を活用した業務改善・DX推進支援

【Department Overview】
This division supports clients that have not yet clearly defined their digital transformation challenges or solutions by helping them identify business issues, develop appropriate solutions, and execute transformation initiatives through program management and change management support.
Drawing on best practices developed through TCS's extensive experience across various industries worldwide, we tailor solutions to the unique circumstances and business challenges of Japanese enterprises, enabling technology-driven business transformation.
Furthermore, to serve as a gateway for clients seeking to create value beyond the Japanese market, we provide a partnership-based support model that enables clients to independently manage and execute their IT strategies in the future.

【Responsibilities】
・Lead the planning and execution of business transformation and IT transformation projects for clients in the aviation industry.
・Support requirements gathering, requirements definition, and implementation activities for Passenger Service System (PSS) implementation and modernization projects.
・Analyze client business challenges, develop solution recommendations, and lead business and system requirements definition activities.
・Provide project management and PMO support, including schedule, issue, risk, and quality management.
・Drive project delivery in collaboration with global teams, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
・Support operational improvement and digital transformation initiatives by leveraging aviation industry platforms and domain expertise.

・PM/PMO経験もしくはコンサルタントのご経験2年以上(開発プロジェクトにおけるチームリーダ相当経験も含む)
・日本語：流暢（複雑なビジネス課題について、口頭・文書ともに複雑な内容を正確かつ円滑に伝えられる）
・英語：日常会話・基本的な読み書きレベル（日常会話と簡単な読み書きができ、基本的な業務連絡を理解・対応できる）

・航空業界ドメインナレッジ
特に以下に関する知見やプロジェクト経験がある方を歓迎（Altea、Radixxなどの旅客システム、整備、乗員、運航、貨物などOperationシステム）

■ Required skills
In addition to the common requirements of this division, candidates should possess the following experience and knowledge:
・At least 2 years of experience as a PM/PMO or Consultant (including experience equivalent to a Team Leader in development projects)
・Japanese: Fluent level (able to accurately and effectively communicate complex business issues both verbally and in writing)
・English: Basic conversational and written communication skills (able to engage in everyday conversations, read and write simple documents, and understand/respond to basic business communications)
■ Nice to have
Domain knowledge of the aviation industry
Candidates with knowledge and/or project experience in the following areas are highly preferred:
（Passenger service systems such as Amadeus Altea and Radixx、Maintenance systems、Crew management systems、
Flight operations systems、Cargo systems、Other airline operational systems）
Experience and expertise in the above areas are highly valued.
