- In preparation for an IPO, we are looking for an professional who can organize our internal structure and drive financial and investment activities.
Details
- Formulate and execute company-wide financial and investment strategies to optimize asset utilization.
- Develop and implement business plans for new ventures, ensuring differentiation and a first-mover advantage in emerging markets.
- Design and lead organizational workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
- Establish, review, and improve operational workflows to increase organizational efficiency.
- Oversee Corporate Planning, Finance, Legal, HR, General Affairs, Accounting, and Tax departments.
- Lead investment initiatives, including M&A analysis, asset valuation, asset management, and foreign exchange hedge.
- Drive fundraising efforts and develop a compelling equity story in preparation for IPO.
- Set up and manage an IPO task force; establish internal control frameworks and prepare disclosure documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as shareholders, banks, audit firms, and securities companies; lead investor roadshows and related activities.

Character Games

求める人材:
Required Experience
- Ability to understand Japanese and conduct business-level conversations.(Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 certification or Business Japanese Proficiency Test (BJT) score of 530+ is preferred.)
- Experience leading a startup to successful IPO approval, or experience underwriting IPOs as a peason in charge of securities companies.
- Over 3 years of practical experience as a manager in corporate planning or finance at a commercial corporation.
PC Skills
- Proficiency in using Office software, various development management tools and Generative AI on a PC or smartphone.
- Ability to input text via touch typing (typing by feel without looking at the keyboard).
Welcome Experience/Skills
- Over 3 years of experience in administration, corporate planning, finance, or accounting within Game industry or IT industry.
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification.
- Foreign Language Proficiency (e.g., English, Chinese, French, Spanish, Arabic, German, Portuguese, Hindi) Note: Our current official company language is Japanese, but we may transition to English in the future.

勤務時間・曜日:
Flex-time system
- Employees are able to decide their time of starting and ending work
- Core time: 10:00am - 15:00pm
Flexible time:
- Starting time range 6:00am - 10:00am
- Ending time range 15:00pm - 19:00pm
Regular working hours:
- 8 hours/ break time: 60 minutes (13:00pm - 14:00pm)

給与:
Annual Salary System
- Determined according to company regulations, taking into consideration experience, previous year's annual income, abilities, expected contributions, etc.
- Our salary is determined according to a local compensation policy.
Overtime Allowance
- No fixed overtime allowance / Late-night premium pay applies
Commuting Allowance
- Actual expenses reimbursed (up to a maximum of ¥100,000 per month).
Salary Increase
- Once per year.
- Previous year's actual increase range: 3.50% – 6.00%.
Bonus
- Twice a year (summer/winter), equivalent to one month's salary each time.
- Evaluated based on attendance rate and achievement level.
Special Bonus
- Paid 6 times in the past 2.5 years.
- Evaluated based on company performance and individual contribution.
