ブランドパートナーシップスペシャリスト（ビューティー・ライフスタイル）
フランス発のライフスタイル・ビューティーサブスクリプションサービスを展開する企業にて、ブランドパートナーシップの開拓・推進を担うメンバーを募集しています。
毎月、厳選されたビューティーアイテム、ライフスタイル商品、限定コラボレーションを組み合わせた特別な体験を、多くの日本のユーザーへ提供しています。
本ポジションでは、ビューティー・コスメ・ライフスタイルブランドとの新規パートナーシップの開拓から、企画提案、条件交渉、プロジェクト実行まで幅広く担当していただきます。
単なる営業活動ではなく、ブランドとの長期的な関係構築を通じて、新しいビジネス機会を創出し、消費者に魅力的な体験を届けるポジションです。
マーケティング、物流、ファイナンスなど社内の各チームと連携しながら、ブランドコラボレーションの成功に向けて主体的にプロジェクトを推進していただきます。
主な業務内容
ブランドパートナーシップ・事業開発
・ビューティー、コスメ、ライフスタイル、消費財ブランドとの新規パートナーシップ開拓
・市場トレンドや消費者ニーズ、新興ブランドのリサーチおよび新規機会の発掘
・ブランド担当者（マーケティング・営業・パートナーシップ部門等）との関係構築
・コラボレーション機会の提案および商談の推進
・ブランド価値やビジネス目標に合わせた企画提案書の作成
・コラボレーション条件、商品提供条件、契約内容などの交渉
・戦略的パートナーネットワークの拡大
パートナーシップ管理・プロジェクト推進
・パートナー企業とのプロジェクトを企画段階から実行まで一貫して管理
・マーケティング、物流、ファイナンスなど社内チームとの調整
・スケジュール、進行状況、成果物の管理
・外部パートナーとの継続的なコミュニケーションおよび関係維持
・課題発生時の解決策提案およびプロジェクト成功に向けた推進
分析・改善
・パートナーシップ施策やコラボレーション結果の分析
・顧客エンゲージメント、キャンペーン成果、パートナーからのフィードバック分析
・今後の施策改善に向けた提案作成
・パートナーシップ価値および顧客体験向上に向けた継続的な改善
Brand Partnerships Specialist (Beauty & Lifestyle)
Join an international lifestyle and beauty subscription company that creates curated monthly experiences combining beauty products, lifestyle items, and exclusive brand collaborations for consumers in Japan.
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Specialist to develop and manage relationships with beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle brands. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and creating meaningful collaborations between brands and consumers.
You will be responsible for developing new partnerships, creating collaboration proposals, negotiating partnership terms, and managing projects from initial discussions through successful execution.
Working closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s partner network and delivering unique customer experiences.
This position combines business development, B2B sales, partnership management, negotiation, and project ownership in a creative and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Partnerships & Business Development
・Develop relationships with beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, and consumer brands in Japan and internationally
・Research market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging brands to identify new partnership opportunities
・Build relationships with brand marketing, sales, and partnership teams
・Approach potential partners and develop collaboration opportunities
・Create partnership proposals aligned with business objectives and brand values
・Negotiate collaboration terms, product contributions, and commercial agreements
・Expand the company’s strategic brand partner network
Partnership Management & Project Execution
・Manage partnership projects from initial concept through launch
・Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Logistics, and Finance
・Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
・Maintain strong relationships with external partners
・Proactively solve issues and ensure successful project delivery
Performance Analysis & Improvement
・Monitor partnership performance and campaign results
・Analyze customer engagement and partner feedback
・Provide recommendations to improve future collaborations
・Identify opportunities to increase partnership value and customer experience

必須条件
・法人営業、事業開発、アカウントマネジメント、ブランドパートナーシップなど顧客折衝経験
・ビューティー、コスメ、ライフスタイル、FMCG、消費財業界での経験歓迎
・高いコミュニケーション力、交渉力、関係構築力
・社外パートナーとの長期的な関係構築ができる方
・複数プロジェクトを同時に管理できる高い組織力
・ビジネス機会を発見し、主体的に行動できる方
・美容、ライフスタイル、消費者トレンドへの関心
・国際的かつ変化の早い環境で柔軟に対応できる方
・日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
Requirements
・Experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Account Management, Brand Partnerships, or similar client-facing roles
・Experience in beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries preferred
・Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
・Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
・Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
・Interest in beauty, lifestyle trends, and consumer experiences
・Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to work
・Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills
