About Us
We build tools that help independent idols, wrestlers, musicians, comedians, cosplayers, and influencers talk to their fans. Creators earn money worldwide through custom videos, direct messages, global fan clubs, and interactive chat features.
Our service generates steady revenue today. We are expanding from single-creator chats into subscription fan clubs, scalable community spaces, and AI software for fans, creators, and talent agencies. We need a bilingual Product Manager to join us early and shape the future of consumer entertainment technology.
We work in a completely English-speaking environment, however user and client facing product work requires a strong ability to communicate in Japanese.
The Role
You will report directly to the CEO while working alongside our CTO, developers, designers, marketing staff, and casting managers. You will listen to user feedback, track metrics, and guide our engineering team to ship useful software fast. This high-autonomy position lets you make major product choices and turn a Japanese app into a global brand.
What You Will Do
Lead product vision, prioritize features, and build long-term roadmaps for our main app and upcoming projects.
Write clear requirement documents, design logs, and decision records for designers and developers to ship regular software updates.
Conduct research with fans, creators, talent managers, and agencies to find new feature opportunities.
Read product metrics and user behavior figures to find growth opportunities and fix drop-off points.
Help make and execute Go-To-Market plans for new features and whole new products.
Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Windsurf to speed up research, coding, decision-making, and daily workflows.
Create a clear, simple product planning process that scales as our team grows.

You boost key figures like user retention and everyday app activity.
You set up clear, scalable product management processes for our growing company.
You guide new products from simple sketches on paper all the way to real app store launches.
You help more overseas fans support Japanese talent on our platform.

What You Must Have
5+ Years of PM Experience: You have built and shipped software before, including apps for users in Japan.
Languages: Native or business-level Japanese plus professional-level English skills.
Full understanding of product development, software build cycles, and agile methods.
Experience managing products side-by-side with software engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
Strong initiative in fast, changing environments with shifting priorities and unknown factors.
Ability to read dashboards and product metrics to make clear choices.
Strong hands-on leadership skills to take work far beyond basic project tracking.
Nice to Have
Past work in music, gaming, media, fan communities, or creator economy tools.
Hands-on app development work with iOS, Android, or Figma designs.
Prior work experience at a tech startup or fast-growing company.
Direct experience working with talent agencies, influencers, and entertainment companies.
Experience launching AI features, AI workflows, or modern AI agents like Claude Code or Claude Design.
Experience working with global development teams or making consumer software for overseas markets.
