How you’ll make an impact
業務内容
- 受注後、プロジェクトマネージャーおよび工場エンジニアとの円滑なコミュニケーションを図りながら、エンジニアリングの観点からプロジェクトの遂行を担当していただきます。
- 設計レビュー、日本市場特有の要求事項への対応など、プロジェクトの技術的側面を管理し、プロジェクト仕様およびエンジニアリング要件を確実に満たしていただきます。
- 必要に応じて株式会社日立の専門家と連携し、Hitachi Energy製品を適切に評価していただきます。
- フロントエンド活動として、アプリケーションエンジニアリング担当者の立場で顧客との技術的協議を行うとともに、必要に応じてHitachi Energy内のHUBアプリケーションエンジニアリンググループやGPGと連携しながら業務を推進していただきます。
- 関連する社外・社内の規制、手順、およびガイドラインを遵守し、コンプライアンスを確保する責任を担っていただきます。

1. You will be responsible for project execution from the viewpoint of engineering after receipt order with good communication with project m anagers and engineers in factory .
2. You will m anage technical aspects of project such as design review, correspondence to Japanese specific request, so on to meet project specification and engineering requirements
3. You will collaborat e with Hitachi Ltd expert if needed to evaluate HE product correctly .
4. A s front-end activity, discussion with customer as application engineering to be covered with good discussion inside HE such as HUB application engineering group and GPG, if needed.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

日本の有効な障がい者手帳をお持ちであること。
学歴: 工学または理学分野の学士号以上を有すること。電気工学のバックグラウンドがあれば尚可。
実務経験: 最低3年以上の実務経験を有すること。電気機器、変圧器、高電圧関連製品に関する経験であれば尚可。
優れたタイムマネジメント能力、プレゼンテーション能力、および計画立案能力を有すること。
新しい環境に柔軟に適応し、積極的に学習しながら業務を遂行できること。
Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）を業務で使用できること。
高い協調性とコミュニケーション能力を有すること。
語学力: 日本語による高いコミュニケーション能力に加え、日常会話レベル以上の英語コミュニケーション能力を有すること。
- You must have a valid Japanese disability certificate.
- Educational Background: at minimum, bachelor’s degree of engineering or science. Electrical is nice to have.
- Required years of experience: minimum 3 years of experiences. Products related to electrical, transformers, High voltage related is welcomed.
- T ime management, presentation and planning skills
- A bility to learn and work in new environment
- U se of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- S trong in collaborative and communication skills
- Language : Both Strong Japanese and dacily conversational English communication skills are required.
