Description and Requirements

Role Overview As a key member of the New Business Development Team, you will be responsible for penetrating and scaling untapped Tier-1 global accounts, mainly automotive makers. Leveraging our extensive portfolio—stretching "from pocket to cloud"—alongside cutting-edge AI and a robust partner ecosystem, you will deliver consultative proposals that uncover latent client challenges. This role demands a strategic mindset to conquer "hard-to-crack" accounts, direct C-level negotiation skills, and a relentless sense of ownership to blaze new trails. Responsibilities 1. Strategic New Account Acquisition & Execution · Market Entry & Scenario Planning: Develop and execute data-driven, meticulous account plans for untapped global enterprises to achieve the fastest path to market entry. · Value-Based Proposition: Lead high-value solution proposals that define business transformation through AI and cloud integration, moving beyond transactional hardware/product sales. · Pipeline Generation & Management: Build a robust opportunity pipeline from scratch and manage it effectively to hit mid-to-long-term revenue targets. 2. C-Level Relationship Management · Direct CxO Engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with executive leadership from the ground up, driving large-scale projects that align directly with their core business agendas. · Decision-Making Navigation: Decode complex organizational structures, identify key stakeholders, and lead multifaceted negotiations by aligning internal and external interests. 3. Global & Cross-Border Collaboration · Driving "One Team": Act as the account team lead, orchestrating people, processes, and systems across domestic and international borders. Optimize resources to secure wins in large-scale, complex deals. Requirements Minimum Qualifications · Proven Hunting Track Record: Demonstrated success in new account acquisition or significant market share expansion within the IT/Technology sector for Automotive enterprise clients. · Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to articulate latent customer pain points and translate complex technical solutions into clear, quantifiable business value. · High-Level Negotiation: Strong business literacy and communication skills to engage as a peer with C-level executives. · Language Proficiency: Native-level Japanese and Business-level English. · Candidates with experience, a proven track record, and a network of contacts related to new business development, particularly in the automotive industry, are preferred.

職務概要：新規顧客開拓チームの一員として、未開拓の最大手グローバルアカウント（主に自動車メーカー）を担当していただきます。「ポケットからクラウドまで」を網羅する広範なポートフォリオに加え、最先端のAI、パートナーエコシステムを武器に、顧客の潜在課題を掘り起こすコンサルティング型提案を実施します。本ポジションには、難攻不落のアカウントを攻略する戦略的思考、Cレベルへの直接交渉力、そして道を切り拓く圧倒的なオーナーシップが求められます。職務内容： 1. 新規アカウント攻略戦略の策定と遂行ターゲットに対する参入シナリオの立案：担当企業に対し、データに基づいた緻密なアカウントプランを作成し、最短距離での参入を実現する。価値訴求型の提案：単なる製品販売ではなく、AIを活用した顧客のビジネス変革を定義し、高付加価値なソリューション提案を主導する。パイプラインの構築と最大化：ゼロから商談機会を創出し、中長期的な売上目標を達成するための強固な案件パイプラインを構築・管理する。２．Cレベル・リレーションシップの構築 CxOへの直接アプローチ：顧客の経営層に対し、ビジネスパートナーとしての信頼関係を構築し、経営課題に直結する大型プロジェクトを受注に導く。意思決定メカニズムの把握：複雑な組織構造を紐解き、キーマンを特定。社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込んだ多角的な交渉をリードする。 3. グローバル・クロスボーダー連携 One Teamの牽引：国内外の人・プロセス・システムを有効活用し、アカウントチームのリーダーとして、リソースを最適化し、大型案件をWinする。必須要件（Required）： l 新規開拓実績： IT/テクノロジー業界において、自動車メーカー向けの新規アカウント獲得、またはシェアの大幅拡大を成し遂げた成功体験。 l コンサルティング・セールス：顧客の潜在的課題を言語化し、複雑なソリューションをシンプルに価値換算して伝える能力。 l ハイレベルな交渉力：経営層と対等に渡り合えるビジネスリテラシーと、高いコミュニケーション能力。 l 語学力：日本語（ネイティブ）、英語（ビジネスレベル）。 l 特に自動車業界に対する新規開拓アプローチ経験・実績・リレーションがある方がBest。
