RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform general office administrative tasks

Manage office supplies and equipment

Support the processing of sales orders and invoices

Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry

This position is planned to be developed into a responsibility for payroll and HR administration in the future

Assist with and prepare Payments and other banking tasks

Assist with monthly and yearly closing procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Basic book-keeping knowledge, related education in business, finance, or accounting is a bonus, and having a degree is an additional advantage.
本的な簿記の知識があり、ビジネス、財務、会計の関連教育を受けていれば尚可。 -
Fluent in Japanese and can communicate in English
日本語、英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方（日本語のみ可） -
Interest or knowledge in analogue photography or photography in general is a plus
アナログ写真や写真全般への興味や知識があれば尚可 -
1-2 years of relevant work experience is a plus
1～2年の関連業務経験があれば尚可 -
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
コミュニケーション能力とチームワーク能力重視 -
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
