- Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
- Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand• Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization
- Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis
- Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
- On time communication to crews an partners is guaranteed
- KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control
Qualifications
- BE / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related major
- Minimum 2 year - experience of Vestas turbine technical work• Proficiency in English
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus
- Experience in preparing detailed reports
- Experience liaising with Blue Collar workers
- Experience with SAP PE1 - ERP is preferred
