仕事内容:
Role overview
This role is responsible for coordinating the logistics process after vehicles are purchased at auction. You will work closely with auction houses, transport companies, shipping agents, yards, ports, inspection companies, and internal sales staff to make sure each vehicle moves smoothly from auction purchase to export.
We are looking for someone who is practical, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable communicating in Japanese by phone and email.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate inland transport from Japanese auction houses to yards, ports, or container facilities
- Communicate with auction houses, transport companies, forwarders, ports, and inspection companies
- Arrange and track vehicle movement within Japan
- Prepare and check export-related documents
- Follow shipping schedules and update internal systems
- Support RORO and container shipment coordination
- Communicate with internal sales and customer support teams
- Help solve operational issues quickly and professionally
- Keep accurate records of vehicles, documents, costs, and shipment status
- Support management with daily logistics reports and operational updates

Requirements
- Japanese language: business level or strong practical working level
- Good communication skills by phone and email
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Basic PC skills: email, spreadsheets, online systems
- Valid Japanese driver’s license preferred
- Experience in logistics, export, shipping, auto auctions, car sales, forwarding, or vehicle transport is preferred but not mandatory
Preferred skills
- Experience with Japanese auto auctions
- Experience with vehicle export procedures
- Knowledge of RORO or container shipping
- English communication skills
- Russian language ability
- Experience working with overseas customers or international trade
- Ability to improve internal processes and reduce operational delays

勤務時間・曜日:
Full-time employee
8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break, 8.5 hours of actual work)
No overtime work
休暇・休日:
two-day off weekend (Sunday off, Suturday few hours of remote work requered)

3 times a year week long holidays (according to auctions schedules)
