VGJが輸入・販売するフォルクスワーゲン車の販売計画立案、生産管理・車両発注業務、市場分析業務及びこれらに関するドイツ本社との折衝業務のうち、主に販売計画立案、市場分析・見込み立案並びに車両発注業務のサポートをご担当いただきます。

1) 日本自動車市場分析、各種統計データメンテナンス及び管理
2) 短期及び中長期における販売計画・市場見込み立案とそれに関する対ドイツ本社・社内関連部署とのコミュニケーション
3) 車両パイプライン管理表のメンテナンス、各種レポート作成
4) 各種ビジネスミーティングのプレゼンテーション資料準備

【Job descriptions】
Volume Planning & Ordering dept. is in charge of VW brand’s sales volume planning, vehicle production and ordering, Japanese automotive market analysis and coordination with HQ. New staff is expected to primary focus on sales planning, market analysis and forecasting, and supporting vehicle ordering operations.
【Main Responsibility】
1) Conduct analysis of the Japanese automotive market and maintain/manage various statistical data.
2) Develop short-, mid-, and long-term sales plans and market forecasts, and communicate related matters with HQ and internal stakeholders.
3) Maintain vehicle pipeline management reports and prepare various business reports.
4) Prepare presentation materials for various business meetings and reviews.
5) Support vehicle ordering operations, monitor production progress, and respond to dealer inquiries.

6) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
7) Knowledge and skills in utilizing Microsoft Power BI and AI tools are preferred.
8) A valid driver's license holder would be preferred.
