［業務内容］ Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Customer Engagement (50%)
- Act as the single point of contact for requirement detailing, program updates, and delivery of Factory IT projects, including DataSpider and related initiatives.
- Clarify requirements with Renesas Business and System SMEs in Japanese and translate customer expectations into clear delivery actions for the Quest Global team.
- Run weekly sync-up meetings with the Renesas Project Leader and own project governance, risk tracking, issue management, and escalation handling.
- Review design specifications, functional specifications, and test evidence before Renesas sign-off.
- Coordinate integration testing, delivery acceptance, and closure actions with Renesas factory users.
- Manage the escalation path through Quest Global Japan Manager and Renesas IT Management as required.
- Maintain project status reports, action logs, risk registers, and delivery dashboards for management visibility.
B. Sales & Business Development Activities (50%)
- Build and expand business opportunities for Engineering Platform (EP) products and solutions in Japan.
- Identify new opportunities within existing customer accounts and support account mining initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with engineering, manufacturing, digital transformation, and IT stakeholders.
- Understand customer challenges and position Quest Global capabilities, EP products, and solution offerings appropriately.
- Lead or support customer discussions, workshops, presales meetings, and proposal preparation activities.

Japanese - JLPT N1 Level/Business-level/Japanese communication ability is required
