The job offered is for a fast-growing, well-established and young dynamic tour operator company caters to the luxury tourists market from all over the world (mainly from Western countries) who come to Japan.
【Role Overview】
・Handle inquiries from overseas travel agents
・Discuss client requests and design customized itineraries across Japan
・Coordinate and manage tour operations, including making arrangements
・Contribute fresh ideas and help develop innovative new tours

【Onboarding Process】
▶︎Company Introduction: Upon joining, CEO will provide a 1–2 hour orientation about the company.
▶︎OJT Training: You will then learn through on-the-job training. Since we use our own system, you will first spend about half a day learning how to operate it.
▶︎Hands-on Practice: With guidance from senior staff, you will gradually take on tasks such as making phone calls, sending emails, and handling actual booking arrangements.
▶︎Independent Work: After about 3 to 6 months, you are expected to work independently. Each tour is managed by a pair consisting of a travel designer (handling overseas clients) and an operator.
★ A dedicated senior staff member and team will support you throughout the process. The one-on-one training system makes it easy to ask questions and resolve any concerns as they arise.

Bespoke Japan Travel is a luxury destination management company based in Kyoto offering fully tailor-made itinerary planning and all the land arrangement services for the whole country to individual and group travellers.
The position is offered to foreigners or Japanese living in Japan. You will be directly dealing with agents in Europe/US/Australia to create an attractive and creative itinerary based on the client's interest and make sure to provide a 100% satisfactory trip.

【Application Requirements】
・Native-level English communication/writing skills
・Japanese language skills at a basic conversational level are acceptable
・Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
【Preferred Qualifications】
・Experience in the hotel or travel industry
・Experience in sales, planning, or customer support roles
・Previous work experience in Japan

勤務時間・曜日:
You can choose your working hours from the following time range:
Start time: 8:00–10:00
Finish time: 17:00–19:00
(8 hours of work per day, including a 1-hour break)
*During peak seasons, staff may be required to work on weekends (around 10 days per year).
