- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tokyo of Japan from posting job ads and sourcing talent to interviewing and making offers.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring plans, selection criteria, and identify the best-fit candidates for each team.

Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with qualified candidates.

Maintain a robust candidate database and pipeline for future hiring needs.

Conduct new hire orientation and support their onboarding journey.

Ensure timely and accurate updates of new hires’ information in the Workday system.

Coordinate and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment projects across Japan.

Organize and run local office events, such as employee outings and CSR activities.

Provide support for HR and employer branding projects as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related business discipline.

Minimum of 6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within multinational and fast-paced environments.

Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, or similar role, with strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, social media, and job portals.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute tasks efficiently with strong follow-through.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across Japan market.

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese, knowledge in Korean is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
