YAMORI INC. is a local real estate and property management company based in Joetsu and Myoko, Niigata, Japan.
We are looking for a new team member to help manage properties, vacation rentals, and accommodation facilities throughout the Joetsu and Myoko area.
This is not a desk-only job. You will spend time both in the office and out in the field, visiting properties, checking facilities, communicating with owners and guests, and helping solve day-to-day issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and checking residential properties and accommodation facilities
- Supporting the operation of vacation rentals and guest accommodation
- Visiting properties throughout Joetsu and Myoko
- Conducting basic property and facility inspections
- Handling simple maintenance, repairs, and DIY tasks where appropriate
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with local contractors
- Checking cleaning, supplies, equipment, and overall property condition
- Communicating with property owners and guests
- Communicating with international property owners
- Supporting guest needs and responding to on-site issues
- Snow shoveling and other winter-related property work during the snow season
- Other general property management and accommodation operations

Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required for roles involving property visits.
- Applicants must have, or be eligible to obtain, an appropriate status of residence that allows them to work in Japan.

勤務時間・曜日:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
(8 working hours / 1-hour break)
- Shift-based schedule
- 5 days per week
- Working hours and days may vary depending on guest bookings, property operations, and seasonal demand.
- Weekend and public holiday work may be required.
- For part-time positions, working days and hours are flexible and can be discussed.

- New Year holidays and other holidays are based on the company calendar
- Due to the nature of accommodation and property management, weekend and public holiday work may be required.

Head Office: Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture
We have operational bases in both Joetsu City and the Myoko Kogen area.
You will regularly visit properties, vacation rentals, and accommodation facilities throughout Joetsu and Myoko City, including Myoko Kogen.
Depending on your responsibilities, you will work between our Joetsu office, our Myoko Kogen operations base, and the properties we manage.
This is not a desk-only position. A significant part of the role involves visiting properties for inspections, facility management, maintenance coordination, and other on-site tasks.

- Driving is required as part of the job.
- A valid driver’s license (automatic transmission acceptable) is required.

Salary & Compensation
Salary will be determined based on your experience, skills, qualifications, and professional background.
- Salary increases available based on performance, skills, and company performance
- Transportation expenses provided in accordance with company policy
- Overtime pay will be provided in accordance with company regulations and applicable Japanese labor laws
- Relevant experience and skills in real estate, hospitality/accommodation operations, property management, building maintenance, or related fields will be taken into consideration when determining salary.
Probationary Period: 6 months
There will be no change to employment conditions during the probationary period.
