■仕事内容
・低中分子の新規合成医薬品原薬製造ルートの探索
・プロセス開発、スケールアップ研究
・国内外製造サイト技術部門への技術移管
・治験・承認申請における最新のグローバル規制要件を満たす品質管理戦略立案、データ取得・ドキュメント作成
・新規な生産技術や製造設備に関する開発

■Why we are looking for a new member
Aiming to be a top innovator in the industry, the Pharmaceutical Technology Division of Chugai Pharmaceutical is actively promoting the introduction of new cutting-edge technologies to create business innovation in new drug formulation, process development, and production functions through digital technology. We are looking for a new member for research and development of chemical API process.
■Responsibilities
・Route scouting for novel small-molecule and middle-molecule pharmaceuticals
・Process development, scale-up
・Technology transfer to technical team in manufacturing sites, both domestic and global.
・Control strategy establishment, data collection and document preparation to meet the latest global requirement for clinical trial and new drug applications.
・Development of novel production technology and manufacturing facilities.

■求める経験
・合成原薬プロセス開発業務を3年以上、もしくは有機合成化学研究にて博士課程を修了し、その後も有機合成化学研究に従事
＜以下の経験があると尚可＞
・合成原薬連続生産技術開発、合成原薬製法開発における特許調査・出願、CDMOマネジメント業務、グローバル開発関連業務
■求めるスキル・知識・能力
・高い有機合成化学、プロセス化学の知識と実践能力
・技術レポート作成、コミュニケーションレベルの英語力

・計算化学、データサイエンス

■Must have (Experience)
・Over 3 years experience in process research and development for chemical pharmaceuticals, or Ph.D. in organic chemistry and engaged in research in organic chemistry after Ph.D.
Even better if you have the following experience :
Development of continuous manufacturing for chemical pharmaceuticals, patent search and application in process research and development for chemical pharmaceuticals, CDMO management, process development for global application.
■Must have (Skill / Knowledge / Ability)
・In-depth knowledge of organic chemistry and process chemistry, extensive practical ability
・English skill to write technical report and communication
