Job Description
We are looking for Factory Workers to join our Airline Catering team near Kansai Airport, Osaka.
This is a stable food factory job where you will help prepare meals and in-flight service items for domestic and international airlines.
No previous factory experience is required. Most of our employees started with no experience, and full training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble airline meal trays
- Place food into containers according to simple instructions
- Set drinks, cutlery, and in-flight service items
- Load meal trays onto airline carts
- Organize and move catering carts within the factory
- Perform simple food factory and warehouse support tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
This job is suitable for people who enjoy simple, repetitive work and working as part of a team.

勤務時間・曜日:
Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 8 working hours per day
- 60-minute lunch break
- Shift schedule (Monday to Sunday)
- 5 working days per week
- Overtime available (approximately 10–15 hours per month)

給与:
Salary Information
- Hourly wage: ¥1,350–¥1,500, depending on experience and assignment.
- Overtime is paid in accordance with Japanese labor law.
- Transportation expenses are provided in accordance with company policy.
- Salary is paid monthly.
- Payday: 15th of the following month (or the previous business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday).
- Opportunities for wage increases may be available based on performance and business needs.
