Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical and managerial program support of electromagnetic spectrum management and COMSEC in a joint and coalition environment; providing technical advisory assistance to military services and contractors on frequency spectrum allocation and equipment usage; and conducting negotiations with an international government for US forces use of electromagnetic spectrum.
