【ゼロから創る】開業準備業務（2026年10月～）
研修、マニュアル作成、館内セットアップ（備品搬入や配置）などをチーム一丸となって行います。ホステルに命が吹き込まれていくプロセスに立ち会える、非常に貴重な経験です。
1．アドベンチャーツーリズムをベースとしたローカル体験ツアーの企画・ガイド
「宿＋体験（自然・文化・アクティビティ）」を軸にした総合観光サービスを展開します。八戸圏域で暮らす素朴な人々の人柄、古くから受け継がれる暮らしを通し、ゲストが「日本の原点」を感じ、自身の内面にポジティブな変化や学びを得られるような体験を提供します。
2．「宿泊＋体験＋モビリティ」の観光型ライドシェア（HACHINOHE UNLOCKED）の運行
宿直結の多彩な体験プランを広域で楽しむための仕組みとして、観光型ライドシェア「HACHINOHE UNLOCKED（仮称）」を運行します。駅やホステル間の移動をただの送迎で終わらせず、車窓からの景色や歴史をレクチャーし、八戸の魅力を解き放つ（Unlockする）ワクワクする移動体験を提供します（ドライバー兼ガイド業務）。
3．ゲストリレーションおよびスマートな施設運営（※最重要の空間デザイン業務）
ゲスト一人ひとりのニーズに寄り添う案内業務を行います。これを実現するため、予約システムとの自動連携、iPadセルフチェックイン、スマートロック等による最新テクノロジーを導入。定型業務をスマートに省人化し、付加価値の高い「人対人」のおもてなしへ力を注げる環境を整えています。 また、「空間の清潔さこそが、ゲストの感動的な滞在体験と、KAMARIのブランドを支える絶対的な基盤である」というプロ意識のもと、館内パブリックエリアや客室の徹底した清掃業務も、ホスピタリティを発揮する上で極めて重要な実務です。
4．館内イベントの企画・運営
世界中の旅人と地域住民が交差する拠点として、開放的なラウンジを活用したイベントやコミュニティ企画を立案し、自ら運営します。
- Job Description: Discover local resources and spark guests’ curiosity become a “Local Storyteller”
In addition to the overall management of the hostel, you will be primarily responsible for “planning and guiding experiential tours” and “guest relations,” which are at the core of this business. Your role will be to discover local resources, translate their appeal into “stories,” and share them with guests from around the world.
[Building from Scratch] Pre-Opening Preparations (Starting October 2026) As a united team, we’ll conduct training, create manuals, and set up the facility (including moving in and arranging equipment). This is an incredibly valuable experience that allows you to witness the process of bringing the hostel to life.
Planning and guiding local experience tours based on adventure tourism. We offer comprehensive tourism services centered on the concept of “Accommodation + Experiences (Nature, Culture, Activities).” Through the down-to-earth personalities of the people living in the Hachinohe area and their traditional way of life passed down through the generations, we provide experiences that allow guests to feel the “essence of Japan” and gain positive personal growth and insights.
Launch of “Accommodation + Experiences + Mobility” Tourism-Oriented Ride-Sharing Service (HACHINOHE UNLOCKED) We will launch the tourism-oriented ride-sharing service “HACHINOHE UNLOCKED” (tentative name) as a system designed to allow visitors to enjoy a wide variety of experience plans directly linked to their accommodations across a broad region.Rather than treating transportation between the station and hostels as a mere shuttle service, we will provide an exciting travel experience that “unlocks” the charm of Hachinohe by offering commentary on the scenery and history visible from the car window (drivers will also serve as guides).
Guest Relations and Smart Facility Management (*Our top priority in spatial design) We provide guidance tailored to the needs of each individual guest. To achieve this, we’ve implemented the latest technologies, such as automatic integration with our reservation system, iPad self-check-in, and smart locks. By streamlining routine tasks through smart automation, we’ve created an environment that allows our staff to focus their energy on high-value, “person-to-person” hospitality. Furthermore, guided by the professional ethos that “the cleanliness of our spaces is the absolute foundation that supports both our guests’ memorable stays and the KAMARI brand,” thorough cleaning of public areas and guest rooms is a critical operational task that is essential to delivering exceptional hospitality.

普通自動車運転免許（ペーパードライバー不可）： 送迎・ツアー業務の実施、および早朝5:00のシフトに対応するため、自らの通勤手段（マイカー）を確実に確保・運転できること。
実務遂行力： 華やかな接客の裏にある、徹底的な清掃や細かい事務処理などの堅実な実務を「空間づくりのプロの仕事」として厭わずに愛せること。
語学力とコミュニケーション力： 語学資格（TOEICのスコア等）以上に、自ら積極的に挨拶をし、ゲストの心を開く温かいコミュニケーション力をお持ちの方。
外国籍の方： 日本国内で就労可能な「有効な在留資格（就労ビザ）」を保有していること。
デジタル・AIツールの基礎スキル（スマートな運営を推進するため）：
- 「新しいツールを、まずは面白がって使ってみる」という柔軟なマインドがあればOK！PCの基本操作（Excel, Word, メール）ができれば問題ありません。

Standard driver's license (no "paper drivers" allowed): * To perform shuttle and tour duties and work the 5:00 a.m. shift, you must be able to reliably secure and operate your own means of transportation (personal vehicle).
Practical Skills: The ability to embrace without hesitation the solid, hands-on work that lies behind the glamour of customer service such as thorough cleaning and meticulous administrative tasks as part of the “professional’s craft of creating spaces.”
Language Skills and Communication Skills: More than just language certifications (such as TOEIC scores), we are looking for someone who takes the initiative to greet guests and has the warm communication skills to put them at ease.
Foreign nationals: Must hold a “valid status of residence (work visa)” that allows them to work in Japan.
Basic Skills for Digital and AI Tools (to Promote Smart Operations):
— All you need is a flexible mindset that says, “Let’s try out these new tools and have some fun with them first!”
As long as you know the basics of using a computer (Excel, Word, email), you’ll be fine.

【1. 採用選考時の費用補助】
対象：青森県外かつ片道100km以上にお住まいの方。
内容：合否に関わらず、指定の高速公共交通機関（新幹線・飛行機・高速バス）を利用した際の交通費および宿泊費を上限20,000円まで実費支給します（領収書原本の提出必須）。
