Your day-to-day
Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent skills
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
Drivers' lisence
IT skills including MS Office (including Excel data aggregation), SAP, and HRIS

Your location
You will join our customer center in Yokohama or Osaka, Japan, with the option to home office if necessary. As a member of the field service team, you will work closely with our customers, spending most of your time traveling within your designated area to provide on-site support.
