Strategic Leadership - Lead and champion strategic marketing initiatives, showcasing a successful track record in spearheading impactful campaigns, including Home Dialysis, upstream strategies for general practitioners, and the cycler project addressing challenges like the Kaguya error.
Market Research and Insight - Drive comprehensive market research efforts to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights, ensuring that the company's strategic decisions are well-informed and aligned with the dynamic nature of the industry. Including patient survey don’t to have new marketing message and GP strategies.
Functional Collaboration - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Global R&D, and Global Product Management to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, fostering synergy across departments and ensuring a cohesive approach to company objectives and support Japan market growth.
Relationship Building - Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry influencers, and strategic partners to amplify the company's presence and strengthen its market position, leveraging interpersonal skills and industry knowledge. Digital Marketing Innovation - Implement innovative digital marketing strategies, utilizing social media, and content marketing to maximize brand visibility and engagement with target audiences, staying at the forefront of digital trends to help the upstream strategy of “Ouchi- Toseiki おうち透析
Technology Integration - Evaluate and implement marketing technologies to enhance efficiency, data analysis, and campaign performance, showcasing a proactive approach to adopting tools that elevate the effectiveness of marketing efforts with the commercial excellence team for Execution.
Performance Metrics and Analysis- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) which is LEAD and LAG. Regularly analyzing marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and making data-driven adjustments to strategies as necessary. (i.e. GP strategy and MyPD launch)
Compliance and Ethics - Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and ethical guidelines in all marketing activities, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
Crisis Communication Leadership- Lead crisis communication efforts, collaborating seamlessly with the communications team to manage and mitigate any potential reputational risks, showcasing a capacity for strategic communication in challenging situations.
