Our Team
Japan Design Centerに所属し,Transportation Innovative Solutions / Vehicle Sensing Solutionsチ-ムの-員として業務を行います。グロ-バル(北米•インドなど)のエンジニアや営業,プロダクトマネジメントチ-ムと密接に連携するポジションです。
What You Will Do
- 自動車および産業関連顧客との技術的コミュニケ-ションのリ-ド
- 社内北米/インド他,グロ-バルエンジニアとの共同開発
• 設計•評価等,開発関連書類の作成•報告
- 営業,プロダクトマネ-ジメントおよび開発チ-ムとの協業による新製品の提案
- 顧客トレ-ニングのサポ-ト,技術支援の提供,および顧客拠点でのテスト支援
• DFx(信頼性設計•製造設計•組立設計•テスト容易性設計),量産テスト定義,品質エスカレ-ション,フィ-ルド不具合の原因分析など,量産準備活動のサポ-ト
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• 電気/電子工学または機械工学,または同等学科の大学•高専卒
- 簡潔かつ論理的な資料作成およびプレゼンテ-ションスキル
- 自発性︓社内,社外のプロジェクトをリ-ドし,問題解決に挑戦する姿勢
- 協調性︓尊敬をもってチ-ムとの関係を築く
• 国内/国外出張への対応(北米•中国•インド)
What Will Put You Ahead
- 車載用電気/電子/機械部品開発経験(5年以上)
- 車載用センサ-開発経験
- 電気/電子または機械工学,または同等学科の大学院卒
- 自動車メ-カ-や自動車部品メ-カ-での職務経験
- 設計スキル︓Altiumまたは同等の基板設計ソフトの実務経験
- 技術スキル︓EMC/EMI,FMEA,DRBFM
