募集要項

Join a fast-growing Japanese tech company using AI to tackle real-world social challenges. As a Platform Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building the development infrastructure behind next-generation AI-powered business tools.

In this role, you’ll lead engineering initiatives across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure—working directly with product managers and engineers to shape development strategy and deliver impactful, production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

Define development plans and technical strategy in collaboration with product management
Lead technology selection and architecture decisions across the platform
Contribute hands-on to system design and development, spanning frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
Oversee code quality through reviews and testing, ensuring long-term product stability and maintainability
Manage team assignments and support the growth of engineering talent within the team

What’s on offer:

Salary in the range of 8M to 13M JPY, depending on skills and experience
Be a key contributor to a platform expected to become a major revenue pillar for the company
Technical scope – touch every layer of the stack, from cloud infrastructure to Go backend and TypeScript frontend

Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and system development
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
Proficiency in Go, with additional experience in Node.js or Python

Language Skills:

Fluent Japanese (N1 or above) and Conversational English are required for this role
