仕事概要

[What will you do?] ・Contribute the development of our advanced logistics platform ・Work with product managers and designers to implement new platform features. ・Act as an experienced senior engineer to our team by reviewing code and mentoring juniors. 〈職務内容〉・当社の物流プラットフォームの開発に貢献する・プロダクトマネージャーやデザイナーと協力した新機能の実装・コードレビューや若手エンジニアのメンタリングを通じて、シニアエンジニアとしてチームをリードする。

必須スキル

・5+ years of experience building modern TypeScript front-end applications ・Proficiency with React / React based frameworks ・Expertise in modern state management practices ・A good understanding of modern UI/UX for single-page applications ・Familiarity with UI frameworks and styling techniques ・Ability to set up and configure projects ・Experience with unit and E2E testing/automation ・Excellent debugging and error handling skills ・Solid architectural understanding, including design patterns [Non-technical skills] ・Proactive with strong teamwork abilities ・Autonomously organize and prioritize tasks ・Experience creating technical documentation ・Experience working in an Agile environment 〈必須条件〉・モダンなTypeScriptフロントエンドアプリケーションの開発経験5年以上・ReactおよびReactベースのフレームワークに関する高い習熟度・モダンな状態管理手法に関する専門知識・シングルページアプリケーション（SPA）のモダンなUI/UXに関する十分な理解・UIフレームワークおよびスタイリング手法に関する知識・プロジェクトをセットアップおよび構成する能力・単体テストおよびE2Eテストの実装・自動化経験・優れたデバッグおよびエラーハンドリング能力・デザインパターンを含む、ソフトウェアアーキテクチャに関する確かな理解ノンテクニカルスキル・主体性があり、チームワークを大切にしながら協働できる方・自律的にタスクを整理し、優先順位をつける能力・技術文書の作成経験・アジャイル環境での実務経験

歓迎スキル

・Interest in logistics and data management ・You have extensive experience with GraphQL integration. ・Trunk based development and Feature flags ・Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows and setup (e.g. GitHub actions) ・Full-stack experience (Nodejs, Ruby etc.) ・Experience with / interest in rapid prototyping in code ・Cloud development experience (preferably AWS, GCP) ・Japanese conversational skills 〈歓迎要件〉・物流およびデータ管理への興味・GraphQLに関する豊富な経験・トランクベース開発およびフィーチャーフラグの利用経験・CI/CDワークフローとその設定に対する基本的な理解（GitHub Actionsなど）・フルスタックの経験（Node.js、Rubyなど）・コードによる迅速なプロトタイピングの経験、または関心・クラウド開発経験（AWS、GCP）・日本語での会話スキル
