Ericsson is opening a state-of-the-art R&D center in Yokohama focused on Radio and Software development. This new hub will support leading Japanese CSPs, partner with local vendors and deliver Japan-driven products and solutions that shape networks worldwide. We are establishing and growing the team and building advanced laboratory and office facilities.
We are looking for a passionate and driven HW Integration Engineer to join our team.
This role offers professional growth across research, pre-development, product development, and aftermarket activities. You will help design radio products that become part of Ericsson's portfolio deployed in Japan and globally, contributing to Ericsson's Technology Leadership.
As a Hardware Integration Engineer in PEU Radio, you are responsible for making the radio hardware work as a complete system – by integrating boards, modules, software, and verifying that the product meets technical, regulatory, and functional requirements.
This role is hands-on, ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex measurements and verification challenges, and want to grow their careers in an innovative, collaborative, and forward-learning organization. You will be part of a global R&D network in chosen areas of interest with access to Ericsson's leading technology.
You will be directly involved in the development of Ericsson's next generation of radio network products, contributing to system design understanding and end-to-end performance validation.
If you are motivated by technical depth, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork – and you want to be part of a company building the future of radio technology – this is the role for you.
