The Industrial Autonomy & Engineering (IA&E) unit drives digital transformation by delivering AI-enabled, software-defined, and secure intelligent products that enhance customer experience and performance.
We collaborate with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to advance Software-Defined Vehicles using AI, IoT, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies. About the Project:
A multi-program engagement with a leading global Tier-1 supplier for end-to-end AD/ADAS system development.
The team collaborates across project management, system architecture, software development, AI integration, system integration, validation, safety, and security to deliver scalable, high-quality, and production-ready ADAS solutions.
Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end AD/ADAS programs for a global Tier-1, driving delivery of scalable, safety-critical mobility solutions across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ADAS project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery, risk management)
Align with OEMs, Tier-1s, and engineering teams on scope and timelines
Oversee system integration, SoC/MPU-based ECU development
Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and quality standards
Drive requirements management, technical reviews, and stakeholder communication
【Required skills】
Qualifications:
8+ years in automotive engineering; 3+ years in project management
Strong experience in AD/ADAS ECU or embedded system development
Knowledge of V-model, ASPICE, and functional safety (ISO 26262)
Proven stakeholder management and customer-facing experience
Preferred:
Exposure to AI-driven ADAS or data platforms
Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
PMP/Agile certification

(Advance business level is a must requirement)
English for communication with offshore team and Japanese for communication with customers.
