We are looking a CPC Sales Representative in Eaton’s Electrical business , based in Tokyo, Japan . What you’ll do:

This position will be responsible for enhancing both CPC distributors and direct account managements in Japan. Especially channel partner management, we expect to accelerate new customer acquisitions by closely working together with our distributors to achieve our targets and to strengthen EATON’s market presence nationwide.
CPC; Circuit Protection and Controls, including
- Circuit Breakers (MCCB)
- Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB)
- Air Circuit Breakers (ACB)
- Motor Breakers and Starters (MSC)
- Contactors (MC)
- Disconnect Switches and Rotary Cam Switches (T-P Switch)
- Switches and Signal Tower
- Soft Starter and Inverters
- HMI and Controllers
- Low-voltage Transformers
Achieve CPC sales revenue target.
Develop and implement plans to enhance channel partners’ engagement to increase market share.
Build relationships with key customers and partners to enhance long-term business prospects.
Analyze the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis.
Work with PD (Power Distribution) Sales Manager and marketing primes to implement the company’s marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image.
Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
Mobilize EATON resources to close projects and create satisfied customers.
Develop a multi-tiered relationship with the customers’ organization.
Work closely with other sales, Field Application Engineer, marketing, and other relevant departments
Comply with bid review process.
Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements.
Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for Eaton CPC business.
Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values.
To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking.
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS.
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements.
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals.
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS.
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferable in electrical engineering.
5+ years in B2B technology sales experience.
A history of selling Electrical component solutions and licenses/subscriptions to large, complex organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.
Channel management & partner development
Execution Skills (closing deals and partner activity)
Strategic thinking (market & GTM)
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment.
Teamwork and good communication skills
Prospecting Skills.
Technical product understanding.
Building Relationships, People Skills, Customer Focus.
Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and relationship-building
