本プロジェクトでは、BI（ビジネスインテリジェンス）領域におけるソリューションの構築・運用を担当します。日本の顧客およびオフショア開発チームと連携しながら、BI環境の開発、保守、エンハンスメントを推進いただきます。将来的には、オフショアリソースの管理にも関与していただくことを想定しています。
In this project, this position will be responsible for the development and operation of solutions in the Business Intelligence (BI) domain. Working closely with clients in Japan and offshore development teams, you will drive the development, maintenance, and enhancement of BI environments. In the future, you are also expected to be involved in the management of offshore resources.

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain BI solutions and dashboards
-
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
-
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualization solutions using major BI tools
-
Coordinate with Japanese customers to understand requirements and provide technical support
-
Collaborate with offshore development teams and support task management activities
-
Ensure timely delivery and quality of BI development and enhancement tasks
-
Participate in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement activities
-
Prepare technical documents and communicate project status effectively in Japanese and English

顧客対応の実務経験

Strong experience in BI development and enhancement projects.

Hands-on experience with at least one of the following BI tools:

Experience in dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting

Good understanding of databases, SQL, and data analysis concepts
