This position is part of the technical service department and will be remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting/Installation/Validation (GMP: IQOQ) of equipment

Organize strategic sales promotion/proposal activities to major customers such as maintenance/comprehensive contracts, inspection contracts, spare parts (spare parts) sales, etc.

Collaboration as a team with domestic & worldwide other branches/departments to manage customer’s outcome by controlling customer situation (revenue forecast/contract ratio/quality issues)

Deliver mid to large scale installation projects as project manager by collaborating with other departments

Preparation for launch of new equipment, obtaining service trainer certification

customer support by remote, dispatch field engineers to customer site.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Major in Biology, Bio-chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Genetic Engineering, or related.

2 - 3 years of experience in field service or related engineering department.(臨床工学技士の方も検討可能)
