海外事業部では、グローバルシェアの拡大のため、海外代理店の営業活動を支援、新規代理店発掘を担います。
主な責任は、以下の通りです。
・マーケット分析: 海外市場の動向を分析し、競合他社の動向を把握。その上で、効果的な営業戦略を立案します。
・顧客開拓: ターゲット顧客を特定し、アウトバウンド営業、デジタルマーケティング、パートナー連携など、多様な手法を用いて新規顧客の獲得を目指します。
・既存顧客との関係強化: 既存代理店との信頼関係を構築し、顧客満足度向上に貢献。クロスセルやアップセルにより、顧客単価の向上を目指します。
・戦略策定: 中長期的な代理店販売戦略を策定し、実行します。
・チーム連携: マーケティング部、営業部など、関係部署と連携し、効率的な営業活動を推進します。

Overseas Business Department is responsible for supporting the sales activities of overseas distributors and identifying new partners to expand our global market share.
Key Responsibilities:
・Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Develop effective sales strategies based on these findings.
Business Development: Identify and target potential partners. Utilize a variety of sales techniques, including outbound sales, digital marketing, and partner collaborations, to acquire new clients.
・Account Management: Build strong relationships with existing partners and enhance customer satisfaction. Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
・Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term sales strategies for our partner network.
・Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize sales processes and achieve overall business objectives.
・CAD・CAE業界にて、製造業の開発・設計部門に対してCAEソリューションおよびコンサルティングの企画・提案実績（5年以上）。
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC 800点程度）、外国籍方の日本語は日常会話(N1)レベル
・Individuals with 5+ years of experience in planning and proposing CAE solutions and consulting to the development and design departments of manufacturing companies within the CAD/CAE industry.
・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or equivalent). For non-Japanese speakers: Conversational Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 level).
