Assigned Department
Business Assurance Division (Academy Department)

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, develop and engage potential and new clients in industries such as government agencies, universities, medical and industrial sectors
Manage and build long-term relationships with key accounts
Promote Academy portfolio of training in different industries
Execute and achieve sales targets
Conduct client visits, presentations, and discussions to understand client needs and offer customized solutions
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, pipelines and forecasts
Collaborate with the operation team to ensure services are delivered as per client expectations.
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather client feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for continuous service improvement.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services provided.
Communication with different stakeholders in the company locally and internationally

Qualifications
<Required>

Bachelor’s degree in business / sales & marketing or any relevant discipline.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales preferably in education, training management and industrial sectors.
Strong passion for sales and knowledge of modern marketing techniques
Strong knowledge of MS. Office and ERP software
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages: Native Japanese and business / fluent English

【雇用形態】正社員（試用期間6か月）

【勤務地】本社（東京都渋谷区）

【就業時間】 9:00-18:00（うち休憩1時間）
フレックスタイム制度あり（コアタイム11:00-16:00）
※標準労働時間8時間

【休日・休暇】年間休日120日以上（土日祝日、年末年始）
・年次有給休暇初年度最大12日
・傷病休暇（有給）初年度最大12日
※いずれも入社日に付与されますが、入社月により付与日数は異なります
このほか慶弔休暇、特別傷病休暇、永年勤続休暇など、有給休暇制度が充実しています。
