Treasure AI:
At Treasure AI, our people are passionate, data-driven, and customer-first.
We are a team of drivers — self-starters who take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively jump in to solve problems. Everything we do is guided by our core values: integrity, reliability, openness, and humility.
Your Role:
Treasure AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Treasure AI Marketing Cloud & Composable to drive the strategy and execution of Engagement AI Suite and Composable CDP. This role is central to building the marketing execution engine that enables Marketers and AI agents to collaborate and autonomously run campaigns, activate audiences, and personalize experiences.
You will execute the product vision and annual roadmap for the execution layer that agents run on — building agents themselves, but the reliable, scalable infrastructure that makes agentic marketing operationally real. You will bring the discipline to separate genuine AI leverage from hype, and the judgment to know when automation scales and when human oversight is essential.
As a senior IC on the Product team, you will partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate customer insights into sharp product bets, drive alignment through crisp strategy documents, and actively educate teammates on marketing operations and agentic system design.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Execute the vision, strategy, and annual roadmap for Engagement AI Suites as the marketing execution infrastructure for agentic campaigns, audience activation, and real-time personalization.
Define and articulate the 10x ROI story — translating product capabilities into measurable customer outcomes that drive bookings, expansion, and retention.
Drive Japan go-to-market success, with a clear mandate to accelerate product adoption, unlock revenue growth, and translate product strategy into measurable business outcomes at scale.
Write clear strategy documents (PRDs, PR/FAQs, opportunity briefs) that articulate the "why" behind product bets and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.
Partner with Engineering leadership to prioritize the backlog, navigate trade-offs between AI capabilities and production reliability, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Drive continuous customer discovery through executive engagements, advisory boards, and field research — synthesizing signals from noise into actionable product direction.
Work cross-functionally across CDP, AI Agent, and data platform teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration of the marketing execution infrastructure.
Partner with Marketing on GTM strategy, positioning, and enablement materials to make Treasure.AI's launch real and revenue-generative.
Define and track key product KPIs to demonstrate measurable business impact tied to financial targets.
Evaluate the competitive landscape and emerging AI/ML trends to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Actively educate and coach teammates on marketing operations, agentic system design, and execution infrastructure to raise the team's overall capability.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, with a track record of owning strategy and delivery for complex product portfolios as a senior PM.
Deep domain expertise in MarTech, marketing automation, or CDPs — with hands-on understanding of marketing operations workflows and the ability to optimize them for both human operators and AI agents.
Proven ability to define and deliver AI-native products at scale, with the judgment to know what AI can and cannot do well.
Hands-on fluency with generative AI, LLMs, and agentic product architectures; actively uses AI tools in day-to-day PM work.
Strong technical depth to engage credibly in engineering discussions around model trade-offs, infrastructure constraints, and agentic system design.
Ability to understand existing system constraints and technical debt, define appropriately scoped features, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive end-to-end delivery within an annual planning cycle.
Demonstrated commercial acumen — connecting product decisions directly to revenue impact, bookings growth, and customer retention.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence stakeholders from engineers to C-suite executives.
Experience working cross-functionally across geographically distributed teams; comfortable in an environment where Marketing and Product move as one.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
