国立研究開発法人国立成育医療研究センターは小児医療、周産期・新生児医療、母性・父性医療ならびにその関連領域を包括する医療を実践しております。
女性の健康総合センターでは、臨床部門として女性総合診療センターを設置しております。女性はライフコースに伴い健康課題が変化し、女性特有のライフイベントである月経や妊娠・出産が存在し、性別にかかわらず罹患する疾患においても男性と女性の症状や経過が異なる場合があります。したがって女性総合診療センターでは、これらの健康課題に着目し、ライフコースを意識した女性特有の症状だけでなく性差を意識した診療を提供しております。現在、女性内科、女性外科/婦人科、不妊診療科、女性精神科、女性歯科が連携して診療に取り組んでいるところです。
今回、女性総合診療センターの女性内科の機能を強化するため女性内科診療部長を公募いたします。女性内科では、骨粗鬆症、生活習慣病、循環器疾患、自己免疫疾患、等、女性のライフコースに関連する多様な健康課題に対し、総合的かつ継続的な診療を行っております。また、性差医療の視点から、疾患の予防、診断、治療、予後管理に取り組み、他診療科・多職種と連携した包括的医療の提供を推進しているところです。
本公募では、女性医療および性差医療に関する高い専門性と臨床経験を有し、女性内科診療の充実・発展を牽引できる人材を求めます。特に、女性の健康課題を全人的に捉え、診療のみならず教育、研究、地域連携、多職種協働を推進できるリーダーシップを有する方を歓迎いたします。
診療部長として、女性内科診療の統括、診療体制の構築、若手医師・医療スタッフの教育、臨床研究の推進、センター運営への参画などを担っていただきます。
The Integrated Center for Women's Health has established the Women's Health Center as its clinical division. Women's health issues change throughout the life course, and women experience unique life events such as menstruation, pregnancy, and childbirth. In addition, even for diseases that affect all genders, symptoms and clinical courses may differ between men and women. Accordingly, the Women's Health Center provides medical care that emphasizes both women-specific health concerns across the life course and sex/gender differences in medicine.
Currently, the Center offers integrated care through collaboration among the Division of Women's Internal Medicine, Women's Surgery/Gynecology, Reproductive Medicine, Women's Psychiatry, and Women's Oral Health.
To further strengthen the functions of Women's Internal Medicine within the Women's Health Center, we are inviting applications for the position of Director of Women's Internal Medicine.
The Division of Women's Internal Medicine provides comprehensive and continuous care for a wide range of health issues associated with the women's life course, including osteoporosis, lifestyle-related diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and autoimmune disorders. From the perspective of sex- and gender-based medicine, the division is engaged in disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis management, while promoting comprehensive medical care in collaboration with other divisions and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Through this recruitment, we seek an individual with advanced expertise and substantial clinical experience in women's healthcare and sex/gender-based medicine, who can lead the enhancement and development of women's internal medicine services. We particularly welcome candidates who can address women's health issues holistically and demonstrate leadership not only in clinical practice, but also in education, research, regional/community collaboration, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
As Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing women's internal medicine services, developing clinical systems and structures, educating junior physicians and healthcare staff, promoting clinical research, and participating in the management and operation of the Center.

①Board certification as a General Internal Medicine Specialist accredited by the Japanese Medical Specialty Board.
②Certification as an Instructor/Supervising Physician by the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine is desirable.

④Possession of a doctoral degree in medicine (M.D., Ph.D. or equivalent).
⑤Strong motivation to promote the comprehensive women's healthcare initiatives pursued by the Center.

１．採用内定となった場合は、入職前に以下の書類を提出していただきます。
① 結核、B型肝炎の抗体価検査の結果
② ４種感染症（麻疹、風疹、水痘、ムンプス）の全てにつき２回分のワクチン
接種証明
※証明が無い場合は４種感染症の抗体価検査の結果
③ 入職日前３か月以内に受診した健康診断の結果
２．当センター指定の医療機関で受診する場合は、当センターが料金を負担します。
指定外の医療機関で受診される場合は自費負担となります。
なお、有効期間内の結果を既にお持ちの場合は、そちらをご提出いただけます。
３．抗体価検査の結果、当センターで定める基準に満たない場合には、自費でワク
チンを接種していただきます。

５. 採用日から６ヶ月間は試用期間となります。
1.Candidates receiving a tentative offer of employment will be required to submit the following documents prior to appointment:
・Results of antibody titer tests for tuberculosis and hepatitis B
・Proof of two vaccinations each for the following four infectious diseases: measles, rubella, varicella, and mumps
If vaccination records are unavailable, antibody titer test results for the four infectious diseases must be submitted instead.
・Results of a health examination conducted within three months prior to the date of employment
・If examinations are conducted at a medical institution designated by the Center,
2.The cost will be covered by the Center. Examinations conducted at non-designated institutions must be paid for by the applicant. Existing valid examination results may also be submitted.
3.If antibody levels do not meet the standards established by the Center, applicants will be required to receive vaccinations at their own expense.
4.Application documents and related materials will be handled appropriately with due consideration for personal information protection. The document submitted will not be returned.
5.A six-month probationary period will apply from the date of employment.
