Job Description

部の紹介、概要：

トレジャリー部は、弊社グループ全体の経営目標を達成するため、海外拠点を含めた弊社グループ全体の資金管理や資金流動性規制対応等、統合的な流動性管理を担っています。国内で完結する業務やプロジェクトは少なく、海外の弊社グループ拠点（米州、欧州、アジア）と各国の規制に合わせてグローバルに業務を行っております。
上記に加え、トレジャリー部では現在、有価証券投資やALM（Asset and Liability Management）運営の高度化を目指しています。
具体的には、有価証券投資では、資金流動性規制への対応として保有している余剰流動性（LP: Liquidity Pools）を活用しHQLA（High Quality Liquid Assets/適格流動性資産）への投資を計画しています。またALM運営では、ビジネス特性に合わせた社内金利（FTP: Funds Transfer Pricing）運営や、バランスシートが抱える金利や為替リスク等の分析・対応の高度化を目指しています。
今回募集するポジションは、上記の有価証券投資やALM運営の高度化にかかる実務担当者として、プロジェクトの推進のサポート及び関係部署や海外拠点との調整を含む業務に幅広く携わっていただきます。
勤務地は東京本社ですが、海外拠点も含めたプロジェクトとなるためグローバル業務に近く、希望があれば将来的に海外拠点での勤務も視野に入ります。
また業務特性上、金融市場（マーケット業務）を間近で学ぶことができることや、CFO直下のプロジェクトであるため、経営目線を養える点も、このポジションの大きな魅力の一つです。
入社後はOJTを通じて業務理解を深めていただける体制が整っており、多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと協働しながら専門性を高められる環境です。トレジャリー部の業務知識を吸収しつつ、部のマネジメント層と一緒にプロジェクトを推進していただきます。
Treasury department is responsible for cash/funding management of whole group entities and comprehensive liquidity management including compliance with regulatory requirements. Our tasks and projects are not only in Japan but also global base with communicating with regional Treasury at overseas entities (US, EU, Asia)
In addition to the above, Treasury is currently aiming to further enhance its securities investment (hereafter HQLA Investment) and ALM (Asset and Liability Management) functions.
Specifically, in HQLA investment, we are planning to make use of surplus liquidity (LP: Liquidity Pools) held to address liquidity regulations and invest it in HQLA (High Quality Liquid Assets). In ALM functions, we aim to advance internal funds transfer pricing (FTP: Funds Transfer Pricing) tailored to business characteristics, as well as the analysis and management of interest rate, foreign exchange, and other risks hidden in the balance sheet.
In this role, you will involve a broad range of responsibilities, including supporting the advancement of projects related to the enhancement of HQLA investment and ALM functions, as well as coordinating with relevant departments and overseas offices.
The work location is our Tokyo headquarters, but because the project involves overseas offices as well, the role is closely connected to global operations. If desired, there may also be opportunities to work at an overseas office in the future.
In addition, one of the major attractions of this position is that, you will be able to learn about financial markets through HQLA Investment, and, you will also be able to develop a management-level perspective because the project reports directly to the CFO.
After joining, On-the-Job-Training will be available to support adapting to new environment and tasks. You will also be able to enhance your expertise while collaborating with team members from diverse backgrounds. While building knowledge of Treasury Department operations, you will work together with the department’s management to drive the project forward.

担当業務、責務：
◆ 有価証券投資の主な業務は以下の通りです。
・HQLAのポートフォリオ構築に向けた計画・立案・企画運営
・プロジェクト推進に関わる海外拠点やリスクマネジメントを始めとした関連部署との調整・交渉
・計画に基づいた有価証券投資の執行及び損益管理
・会計方針の確定、システム開発の要件定義、損益管理体制構築、マネジメントレポートの策定、当局・役員向け資料作成、等
◆ The tasks in HQLA Investment
・Planning, designing, and organizing operations for building HQLA Investment portfolio
・Coordinating and negotiating with relevant departments including Risk Management, across oversea offices
・Executing HQLA investments and managing PnL in accordance with the plan
・Developing accounting policies; defining system development requirements; establishing P&L management frameworks; preparing management reports; and creating materials for regulators and executives, among other tasks

◆ ALM運営高度化の主な業務は以下の通りです。
・バランスシート構造の分析、資産・負債の最適化分析
・ビジネス特性を踏まえたFTP運営の高度化
・有価証券投資に関わるベンチマークポートフォリオの策定・モニタリング
・トレジャリー部の収益構造の分析及びリスクヘッジ戦略の立案
◆ The tasks in ALM
・Analyzing balance sheet structure and optimizing assets and liabilities
・Enhancing FTP operations in line with business characteristics
・Formulating and monitoring benchmark portfolios related to HQLA investment
・Analyzing the Treasury Department’s PnL structure and developing risk hedging strategies

求める要件、応募資格：
＜必須要件／Mandatory＞
有価証券投資とALM運営に関する業務経験はどちらか1つでも可
◆ 有価証券投資
・円貨 / 外貨の有価証券投資及び金利リスクコントロールに関わる実務経験
・円貨 / 外貨の有価証券投資及び金利リスクコントロールに関わる会計知識：
有価証券投資会計（JGAAP：その他有価証券 / 満期保有目的有価証券、USGAAP：Available for sales / Held to maturity）及びヘッジ会計
・金融市場に関する基本的な知識（金利及びスプレッドリスクへの知識）
◆ ALM運営（以下何れか）
・バランスシート構造の分析・最適化の業務経験
・FTP運営の業務経験
・NII、IRRBB、EVE等の計測・管理業務経験
◆ ビジネス上級レベルの日本語及び英語能力
◆ マイクロソフトオフィス（エクセル・ワード・パワーポイント等）に関する基本的スキル

Experience in either HQLA investment or ALM functions is acceptable
◆ HQLA Investment
・Experience in securities investment and interest rate risk control in either JPY or Non-JPY
・Accounting knowledge related to securities investment and interest rate risk control:
Securities investment accounting (Both JGAAP and USGAAP: available-for-sale / held-to-maturity) and hedge accounting
・Basic knowledge of financial markets, including interest rate and spread risk
◆ ALM functions (any one of the following)
・Experience in analyzing and optimizing balance sheet structure
・Experience in FTP operations
・Experience in measurement and management of NII, IRRBB, EVE, and related metrics
◆ High business level Japanese and English
◆ Basic skills of Microsoft office Excel/Word/PowerPoint
