- Globalでのプランニング(US/EMEA/APAC)
をつなぎ、日本で「何を・なぜ・いつ・どこまでやるか」を決める責任者として行動します。
日本の現状(D365FO、 D365CE、Salesforce Commerce Cloud、Salesforce Service Cloud、周辺システム(B2B、WMS、SCM、PLM、HRM、etc.)、US 連携、データプラットフォーム)と、将来のプランを踏まえ、ロードマップ・バックログ・優先度の意思決定を主導することが期待されます。
The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is accountable for maximizing the value of products and platforms by balancing business needs, user value, and technical constraints.
In Japan, the TPM serves as the single point of accountability who brings together:
- Business problems and requirements defined by Business Analysts
- Technical decisions from Application Engineering teams
- Delivery plans owned by Project Managers
- Global planning and priorities across the US, EMEA, and APAC
Based on this alignment, the TPM defines what will be delivered, why it matters, when it will be delivered, and the scope of delivery for Japan.
Grounded in Japan’s current technology landscape—D365 Finance & Operations, D365 Customer Engagement, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, adjacent enterprise systems (B2B, WMS, SCM, PLM, HRM, etc.), integrations with the US, and the data platform—as well as future-state plans, the TPM is expected to lead roadmap, backlog, and prioritization decisions to ensure business impact and strategic alignment.

Develop short‑term and mid‑term roadmaps for the assigned products or functional areas
- MVP・プロトタイプを活用し、仮説検証と価値提供を推進
Drive hypothesis validation and value delivery through the use of MVPs and prototypes
Ensure alignment between Japan’s business priorities and global strategy
デリバリー・実行支援 Delivery & Execution Support
- バックログの整備、優先度付け、スプリント計画への関与
Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization and active participation in sprint planning
- Engineering、QA、外部ベンダーとの連携

要件翻訳・調整 Requirements Translation & Alignment
- BA やビジネス部門の要件を、ユーザーストーリー・受入条件へ変換
Translate business and BA‑defined requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Align expectations across stakeholders and resolve conflicts proactively
Structure and refine requirements in a way that enables development teams to easily understand and implement
トレードオフ・優先順位付け Trade‑off & Prioritization
- ユーザー価値、技術的難易度、ビジネス効果を踏まえた優先度判断
Make prioritization decisions by balancing user value, technical complexity, and business impact
Evaluate and manage trade‑offs across scope, quality, and schedule
Clearly define and communicate decisions on what will not be delivered
計測・改善 Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- リリース後の効果測定(KPI、利用状況、ユーザーフィードバック)
Measure post‑release outcomes using KPIs, usage data, and user feedback
Continuously refine the backlog and roadmap based on data‑driven insights
- プロダクトマネジメント、または類似ロール(TPM / PM / BA)の経験
Experience in product management or a related role (TPM / PM / BA)
Experience in, or solid understanding of, system development and operations
Proven experience in prioritization, decision‑making, and stakeholder alignment

Language skills: Native‑level Japanese and business‑level English
- ERP/CRM(Microsoft Dynamics 365 等)に関する知識
Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Knowledge of Salesforce products and platforms
