This is your opportunity work with a Global Sales team working with data software.
Main Duties
- Promotes the company's products/services while building long-term relationships with customers.
- Analyzes, explains, and sells the technical aspects of the solution to customers.
- Prepares and delivers presentations/demonstrations or solution proposals to prospective customers.
- Qualifies, manages, monitors prospect milestone activities, including demos, workshops, proof of concepts, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinates and organizes demand-generating activities like trade shows, marketing events, or customer workshops.
Responsibilities include ensuring timely updates to the CRM of customer contact and activity data (e.g., names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, firm-future commitments, etc.).

- Sales experience of at least 2 years, preferably in software
- Bilingual Japanese and English (no specific TOEFL/TOEIC or JLPT scores required - business level)
- Strong self-motivation—able to work independently and drive for growth without needing constant direction.
- Proactive and a self-starter, bringing ideas to the table rather than waiting for tasks.
- While training and team collaboration are included, this role requires someone who can take initiative and thrive in an autonomous environment.
- Ability to use spreadsheets to analyze sales performance against targets.
- Experience working with a CRM like HubSpot.
- Ability to identify weaknesses in sales processes and suggest improvements.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to write compelling sales proposals.
- Quick learner, capable of independently training on new concepts.
- Confidence in public speaking and presenting.
- Ability to cope with rejection and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Works well both individually and as part of a team.
- Superb interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

勤務時間・曜日:
Full-time 08:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break and two 15 minute breaks included) hours are somewhat flexible, but generally 8-5 or 9-6
No overtime work is required
Remote work/hybrid work is acceptable (we are working on establishing a presence in Japan)
No weekend work

If travel required, all related expenses will be re-imbursed.
給与:
No overtime work required at this time, but there is a compensation in the case of overtime due to tradeshows (1.5x base pay)
