Sales Manager（Long Stay Sales）

[Sales Activities & Account Management]
・Responsible for corporate and agent sales production of Ascott properties in East Japan.
・Identify, develop and manage new and existing accounts.
・Conduct sales calls, presentations and property viewings.
・Handle inquiries from corporate clients, relocation agents and travel agents.
・Negotiate and offer rates in accordance with Sales & Marketing policies.
・Work closely with Ascott Global Sales to develop Global Target Accounts.
[Property Management]
・Manage inventory and booking status for assigned properties in East Japan.
・Monitor and evaluate sales performance through the CRM system.
・Support the preparation of monthly reports for assigned properties.
・Review agreements, sales kits and event orders prior to issuance.
・Input reservation details into CRM and coordinate handovers to relevant departments.
[Internal Coordination & Team Support]
・Work closely with Guest Services, Finance, Marketing and Reservations teams.
・Follow up and resolve guest issues with operational departments.
・Provide guidance and advice to junior sales team members.
・Prepare and submit sales activity reports.
・Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
【営業活動・アカウントマネジメント】
・東日本エリアのアスコットプロパティにおける法人およびエージェント向け営業活動
・新規および既存アカウントの開拓・管理
・営業訪問、プレゼンテーションおよび物件案内
・法人顧客、リロケーションエージェント、旅行会社からの問い合わせ対応
・料金提案および交渉
・Ascott Global Salesと連携したグローバルアカウント開拓
【担当プロパティ管理】
・東日本エリア担当プロパティの在庫管理および予約状況管理
・CRMシステムを活用した売上実績の分析・管理
・担当プロパティの月次レポート作成支援
・契約書、営業資料、イベントオーダー等の確認
・予約情報の入力および関連部署への引継ぎ
【社内連携・チームサポート】
・ゲストサービス、財務、マーケティング、予約部門との連携
・ゲスト対応および関連部署との調整
・若手営業メンバーへの指導およびアドバイス
・営業活動実績のレポーティング
・その他会社が指示する関連業務

Monthly Salary: JPY 400,000 and above
