Do you enjoy partnering with customers to understand complex requirements, design innovative architectures, and lead technical discussions from presales through delivery?

As a Delivery Consultant – Data & AI, you will act as a key technical advisor to customers across the full engagement lifecycle, from presales through to delivery. You will work closely with sales, delivery leadership, and customers to design and implement GenAI and data platform solutions that address business needs and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:

Support sales teams in identifying and developing opportunities related to GenAI and data platform solutions.

Lead technical presales engagements, including customer discussions, requirements analysis, and solution proposal development.

Design and architect GenAI and data platform solutions aligned to customer requirements and best practices.

Lead or support delivery of customer projects, working closely with delivery leadership to ensure successful execution.

Collaborate on the development of internal capabilities and reusable assets, including contributions to GenAI platforms and innovation initiatives.

Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement across the team.
What we need to see from you:
- Eligibility to work full-time in Japan, with professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) and English communication skills appropriate to the requirements of the role.

Strong experience in machine learning, data platforms, or AI solution development, with hands-on exposure to real-world implementations.

Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, machine learning algorithms, and software architecture.

Proficiency in Python and experience working with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar).

Experience designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments, particularly across Azure, AWS, or similar platforms, including exposure to cloud-based ML services.

Strong understanding of modern AI and Generative AI concepts, with the ability to design, communicate, and position solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
