募集要項

Coordinate aspects of accounting management with Finance Shared Service (Sales reconciliation, accounts payable, invoice/billing, reconcile accounts, tax, reporting etc.)
Coordinate with Finance Shared Service the monthly and annual closing
Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances
Work closely with finance Shared Service to support the statutory financial reporting and tax returns.
Support aspects of cash management with Finance Shared Service
Support aspects of credit management and insurance with Finance Shared Service
Procurement: work actively internaly and also with group shared service for potential saving opportunities.
Actively assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with gpoup policy/legislation and established best practices
Actively participate in preparation for the internal, external and tax audit
actively manage the preparation of financial statements in compliance with gpoup policy/official guidelines and requirements
Active communication and liaison with HQ Controlling department for effective and smooth collaboration
Actively work with the preparation of budgets or forecasts
Actively manage and implement adequate cost control processes linked to the business needs.
support on investment strategies decisions with support documents
support on financial planning and Analytics for business assessment
Actively work in developing reports for management or regulatory bodies

スキル・資格

Proven experience as controller or other similar position
Solid knowledge of IFRS and regulations
Excellence knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)
Understanding on general ledger functions and the month/year-end close
Understanding of data analysis, forecasting and budgeting
Understanding on creating financial statements
Extensive working knowledge of MS Office (especially excel, PowerPoint and power bi) and accounting ERP system (e.g. M3-Infor/ SAP)
