Specialist Outboundは、QVCジャパンをサポートし、顧客物流業務部門（物流業務）における出荷業務を担当します。顧客からの注文商品を期日通りに出荷するため、また配送センターから指定期間内に出荷するために、準備・手配、人員配置、出荷進捗管理、システム操作、パートタイム従業員との連絡、他部門との連携を行う役割を担います。

このポジションはオンサイトであり、毎日 佐倉商品センターで勤務する必要があります。
仕事内容

日常業務の計画を策定し、作業指示を出します。

関係部署と連携を取り、日常業務を適切かつ効率的に遂行します。

パートタイム従業員の勤務シフト表を作成・管理します。
-
業務上の問題を解決し、再発防止策を講じます。

パートタイム従業員と密接にコミュニケーションを取り、リーダーシップを発揮して部署の目標達成に貢献し、良好なチームを構築します。

部署の業務にとどまらず、会社のプロジェクトに積極的に参加し、会社全体の目標達成に貢献します。
応募資格

学歴：高校卒業以上、または同等の訓練と経験を有すること。

Word、Excel、Access、Outlook、PowerPointなどの基本的なPC操作スキル
