• Maintain customer satisfaction and BMW brand loyalty through professional customer care and technical consulting for BMW/MINI automotive products.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies related to product quality/safety.
•Provide TSARA (Product Issue Reporting System) and SC TSARA (Special Case Reporting System) technical support to dealers, including troubleshooting, coaching, and escalation of complex cases to subject matter experts.
• Organize and conduct on-site coaching to improve dealers’ technical skills and service quality.
•Escalate dealer service workshop issues to relevant counterparts and support timely problem resolution.
• Acquire knowledge of emerging technologies such as e-mobility, autonomous driving, and connected systems to support innovation.
• Lead outsourcing partners and effectively manage TSARA (Product Issue Reporting System) and TFC (Field Technical Investigation) related activities.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, including dealer networks, authorities (e.g., police and fire departments), and technical departments to ensure accurate case resolution and information alignment.
• University degree with more than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of After Sales business, including technical service, parts business, and dealer operations, along with practical experience in product quality control.
• Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving and assessment of product failures, with sound judgment in interpreting data.
• Technical understanding of BMW/MINI automotive technologies and relevant legal knowledge of Japanese automotive safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an ability to work effectively in culturally diverse environments.
• Proficiency in Japanese at a native or equivalent level; intermediate or higher English skills are preferred, along with strong IT system capabilities and adaptability to technological changes.
